Using Lock-In Amplifiers to realize magnifying the metrical signal using difference method with two different frequencies. We also analyze its principle of each part of the apparatus and design the realization circuits of each part. The data analysis and the in-phase electromotor control circuits are fulfilled by SCM; the single chip control systems hardware interface and software design are given.

A method is provided for panoramic video stabilization by using an angle sensor, which comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining an initial rotation angle by using the collecting unit of the angle sensor before video capturing;(2) allowing the angle sensor to work synchronously with a video capturing device, and obtaining the rotation angle data of each frame of captured panoramic video;(3) if the video capturing device jitters or rotates, calculating the difference between the rotation angle of the current video frame and the initial rotation angle;(4) correcting the current video frame by using the calculated difference in rotation angle, thereby implementing the video stabilization of the panoramic video capturing device.

RESULTS The SOD activity had linear correlation with pH in the range of pH 2.2-8.0 when SOD concentration was fixed. The varication of activity after ultrosonication had linear correlcation with fluoresent intensity at 340 nm. With increase of uhtrosonic frequency, the microenviroment of tyrosine and tryptophan inside the SOD molecule was changed, then the balance of hydrophokicity and hydrophilicity inside the molecule was broken, this induced the blue shift of synchronous spectrum band and decrease of SOD activity.
