RESULTS: Rapidly progressive crystalline lens opacification occurred in 9 eyes within 4 to 15 weeks after diagnosis of Acanthamoeba keratitis. Three were associated with inflammatory complications, including anterior scleritis (2 eyes) and iridocyclitis (1 eye).

结果：在诊断为棘阿米巴角膜炎后，9只眼在4-15周内迅速发生了晶状体的混浊。3只眼与炎性并发症相关，包括前巩膜炎（2只眼）和虹膜睫状体炎（1只眼）。

Purpose: To report the treatment of noninfectious necrotizing scleritis following pterygium excision by conjunctival flap advancement.

目的：报告一种治疗非感染性坏死性巩膜炎的手术方法。

No any side-effect has been found.Conclusion Interferon can be used in treatment of scleritis and there is no side-effect especially to the scleritis with low score.It can provide a new method to cure scleritis.
