The relative positional changes between scleral spur and angle apex in diseased eyes indicate that the poor development of scleral spur and the iris anterior insertion are the basic pathogenesis in PIG.

The eyes were periodically examined by retinoscopy, and A-scan ultrasonography. Two weeks later, the eyeballs were removed and the apoptotic cells were determined by electron microscopy, TUNEL technique and flow cytometry in scleras. Both bFGF and the bcl-2 protein were determined by the immunohistochemisty method and the Western-blot method. Results: All eyes treated with -10.00D or -20.00D concave lens produced defocus-induced myopia.

实验前后用睫状肌麻痹下验光、A超动态观察豚鼠眼屈光度和眼轴长度，并取后极部巩膜组织，用电镜、终末脱氧核糖核苷酸转移酶介导原位缺口末端标记法和流式细胞术检测巩膜的凋亡细胞，应用免疫组织化学染色和蛋白印迹（Western-blot）法检测bFGF和bcl-2蛋白。

Methods Retrospectively analysis 32 cases (32 eyes) of primary retinal detachment which had accepted surgery under indirect ophthamoscope with no hand-held condensing lens.

In lens-induced experimental myopias of guinea pigs, increasing of MMP-2 and decreasing of TIMP-2 occur in posterior scleral matrix. This pair of disbalance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 can cause abnormal growth of guinea pig's eyeball.

透镜诱导豚鼠实验性近视眼巩膜基质中MMP-2活性增强，TIMP-2活性降低，二者平衡失调可导致巩膜胶原的降解，巩膜壁变薄，引起眼球扩张，眼轴延长。

No any side-effect has been found.Conclusion Interferon can be used in treatment of scleritis and there is no side-effect especially to the scleritis with low score.It can provide a new method to cure scleritis.

干扰素可以用于巩膜炎的治疗，特别是记分较低的巩膜炎的治疗，无副作用，为巩膜炎的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。

Objective To observe the effect of interferon to cure scleritis.Methods 11cases of scleritis were received medication as interferon2×10 5 IU subconjective injection.

The SRF was drainaged by a technique whereby a radial scleral penetrating of 1~2mm deep was made with a sharp knife in 45 oblique angle.Thus,the outflow of SRF can be controlled.The SRF was discharged as the inferior valve of the sclerotomy was been pressing and the drainage was stopped as the pressing was relieved.

在一组连续78例（79眼）简单裂孔性视网膜脱离外路显微手术中，用11号尖刀片，在要排液的部位以45°角倾斜、放射状刺入巩膜约1～2mm，形成一种用刀片压住巩膜切口下唇，视网膜下液即流出，不压下唇即封闭的巩膜切口。

Strabismus diorthosis under microscope has clear advantages compared with traditional strabismus diorthosis. The muscle, blood tube and the move of needle in sclera as well as the depth can be seen clearly during the operation which make the operation easy to control, so we can properly and correctly perform the operation, shorten the operation time and avoid complications like blooding, penetrate sclera which often occur during the traditional operation. The strabismus diorthosis under microscope using general micro equipments can also separate structure correctly with fewer operation steps, light reaction after operation, sooner recovery after operation, which is suit to patient who needs strabismus diorthosis.

显微镜下斜视矫正术较传统直视下斜视矫正术具有较明显优势，可以清晰地看清肌肉、血管、及针在巩膜内的走行、深浅，使手术较易掌控，可以使手术量及手术操作准确无误，缩短手术时间、避免出血、穿透巩膜等直视下手术常见的并发症的发生，同时组织分离准确，操作减少，也直接减轻了术后反应，缩短了术后恢复时间，适合所有需斜视手术患者，优势为初学者易掌握巩膜进针深度。

Results (1)In the group (109 eyes) with preoperative intraocular pressure≤21mmHg,sixty-four eyes were treated with trabeculectomy,and 31 eyes with slerectoiridectomy of which there were 9(14.1%) and 7(20.6%) eyes had undergone PAC respectively.There was no PAC in 11 eyes treated with iridencleisis;(2)In the group(175 eyes)with PIOP from 22 to 35 mmHg,there were 26 eyes(25.2%) and 15 eyes(32.6%) developing PAC of 103 eyes treated with trabeculectomy,and 46 eyes with slerectoiridectomy respectively,of 26 eyes with iridencleisis,there were 5 eyes(19.2%) developing PAC;(3)In the group(106 eyes)with PIOP＞35mmHg,there were 13 eyes(31%) developing PAC of 23 eyes with trabeculectomy,5 eyes(21.7%) developing PAC of 23 eyes with slerectoiridectomy.

结果 (1)术前眼压≤21mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)者109只眼，小梁切除术64只眼，术后浅前房9只眼，占14.1%，巩膜咬切术31只眼，术后浅前房7只眼，占20.6%，虹膜嵌顿术11只眼，术后无浅前房发生；(2)术前眼压22-35mmHg者175只眼，小梁切除术103只眼，术后浅前房26只眼，占25.2%，巩膜咬切术46只眼，术后浅前房15只眼，占32.6%，虹膜嵌顿术26只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占19.2%；(3)术前眼压＞35mmHg者106只眼，小梁切除术42只眼，术后浅前房13只眼，占31%，巩膜咬切术23只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占21.7%，虹膜嵌顿术41只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占12.2%。
