雄性icr小鼠120只，采用右侧坐骨神经卡压模型，观察有氧运动对小鼠免疫器官重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、抗体效价和耳肿指数的影响。

Results: The expression of HO-1 mRNA in macrophage cell was significantly enhanced by the melilotus suaveolens extract. The result of Western blot showed that the expression of HO-1 protein was significantly increased after the intervention of melilotus suaveolens extract.

结果：臭苜蓿根提取物明显升高巨噬细胞HO-1的mRNA表达水平，Western blot结果显示，臭苜蓿根提取物干预后HO-1的蛋白表达水平也明显升高。

Result : Treatment group's wound tissue's pathology Score , hydroxyproline content of wound surface granulation ,microphagocyte ratio of wound exudate better than contol group's.

结果：治疗组创面组织病理评分、羟脯氨酸含量及创面渗出液的巨噬细胞比率均优于对照组，治疗组愈合时间明显短于对照组。
