Focal cerebral ischemia rats with right middle cerebral artery occlusion using a thread block technique had behavior disorder to some degree, with levo- circling objective signs, and their left forefoot flection couldnt expand thoroughly. This showed that the CI models succeeded. After treated by EA, neurologic defect objective signs of rat improved obviously.

结果： 1。大鼠经栓塞右侧大脑中动脉造成脑缺血后，均出现不同程度的行为异常，表现为左侧前肢和后肢屈曲不能充分伸展，或出现向左侧转圈等体征，表明造模成功。

Results: It indicated that compared with the one character naming task, the brain activation regions were smaller and more concentrated in three character naming task, and more deactivation was appeared in the left pericentral gyrus, right precentral and postcentral gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and right putamen.

RESULTS: Compared with patients in the non-AD group, those in the AD group showed decreased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and frontal lobes and the limbic system in the right cerebral hemisphere and the inferior frontal gyrus and precentral gyrus in the left cerebral hemisphere, and increased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and occipital lobes in the right cerebral hemisphere and the parietal and occipital lobes and limbic system in the left cerebral hemisphere.

结果： 抑郁焦虑组与非抑郁焦虑组比较，脑葡萄糖代谢下降的脑区集中于右侧大脑半球，主要位于颞叶、额叶及边缘系统，左侧大脑半球较少，主要位于额下回和中央前回；脑葡萄糖代谢升高的脑区集中于右侧大脑半球的颞叶、枕叶和左侧大脑半球的顶叶，枕叶及边缘系统。

Comparison results revealed that there was significantly reduced functional connectivity in the left posterior cingulate cortex, vbilateral anterior cingulate cortex, bilateral medial prefrontal cortex, left parahippocampal cortex in MHE patients, while functional connectivity increased in the right precuneus.

但与正常对照组相比，MHE患者大部分脑缺省模式网络脑区功能连接降低，包括：左侧后扣带回、双侧前扣带回、双侧额中回、左侧海马旁回；而右侧楔前叶的功能连接较正常对照组升高。

结果①PD患者与双侧STR正连接减弱的区域主要位于右侧前额叶背外侧部(dors-olateral prefrontal cortex，DLPFC)和双侧后扣带回皮质(posteriorcingulate cortex，PCC)，此外，左顶叶后部皮层(左侧楔前叶、顶下小叶、左侧缘上回)显示与L-STR正连接减弱。

METHODS: Titanium nails (1.5 mm in diameter) were separately inserted on two sides of left premaxillary suture in rabbits. A self-made distraction device was used. Gelatum-like substance [V(subscript platelet-rich plasma):V=9:1] was injected into the left premaxillary suture of experimental group rabbits immediately prior to distraction.
