A structure of space-time diversity virtual double-route weighting interference mitigating is proposed, and the corresponding practical algorithm is derived in detail using block matrix inversion formula and matrix inversion theory for mitigating interference signals from both other cells and other users of local cell in the DS-CDMA up-link communication case. Performances of such algorithm are thoroughly analyzed through simulation and analytical results. The up-link and down-link channel characters and their relationship of DS-CDMA communication system are thoroughly analyzed, and the relationship of space-time diversity weighting matrix between time division duplexing and frequency division duplexing these two different transmission ways is derived.

本论文深入地比较了DS-CDMA通信系统的上传情形与下传情形的信道特性及其它们相互之间的关系；深入地分析并得到了时分双工和频分双工两种不同的传输模式下的上传情形与下传情形的空时分集权系数矩阵之间的数量关系，从而使得能够利用在基站端所拥有的上传情形的空时分集接收权系数矩阵信息以及其他信息在基站端直接形成空时分集发射权系数矩阵；推导了下传情形移动用户接收机端的最优组合接收策略及其算法；进一步地，对时分双工传输模式下的下传情形的通信系统性能和频分双工传输模式下的下传情形的通信系统性能进行了深入的比较仿真研究。

Content included: study on the relationship between noise and cumulative noise exposure as well as low frequency noise-induced hearing loss and high frequency noise-induced hearing loss; study on the relationship between noise sensitivity as well as LFNIHL and HFNIHL.1 Study on the relationship between noise and CNE as well as LFNIHL and HFNIHL657 data concerning workers' hearing check-up were collected including such types of work as Trial pilots and Riveters.

内容包括：噪声和累积噪声剂量与语频和高频听力损伤关系的研究；噪声敏感与语频和高频听力损伤关系的研究。 1 噪声和累积噪声剂量与语频和高频听力损伤关系的研究选取成都某大型飞机制造厂试飞和铆工两个工种作业人员657名作为研究对象。其中试飞员199人(均为男性；年龄23～60岁，平均37.36岁；接噪工龄1～42年，平均接噪工龄17.68年)。

Results: The results showed that the prevalence of HFNIHL in riveters, in various ranges from 0.25 kHz to 8 kHz and in work history were significantly higher than those of test pilots; and the prevalence of HFNIHL in riveters was different in different gender. Conclusion: The aircraft-made noise can dramatically injure workers' auditory system, especially showed in high frequence.

One transmission cell to another while maintaining the DVB-H service.· For a number of reception scenarios; indoor, outdoor, pedestrian and inside amoving vehicle, the transmission system shall offer sufficient flexibility and scalability to allow the reception of DVB-H services at various speeds, whilstoptimizing transmitter coverage.· As services are expected to be delivered in environments that suffer high levels of man-made noise, the transmission system shall offer the means to mitigate their effects on the performance of the receiving terminal.· As DVB-H aims to provide a generic way to serve handheld terminals in various part of the world, the transmission system shall offer the flexibility to be used in various transmission bands and channel bandwidths.

因此DVB-H采用分时方式的资料传送形式，把原本通道频宽是由其它节目共同分配享有的，现在只可以让某一个节目使用全部的频宽所以让节目传送的位元率提高了，相对的减少传送的时间，但跟DVB-T一样在单位时间内所传送的资料是一样多的，由於DVB-H采用分时多工的方式传送资料所以接收器只在该节目传送的时间内接收该笔资料，而其它时间则不接收然后在等一个单位时间内，该节目的资料再传送时在接收，如此开关开关达到收到整部节目的资料，并大量的减少持续接收节目所消耗的功率，接下来由於DVB-H采用4K正交分频多工编码的方式，虽然涵盖的范围没有DVB-T大但对高速移动的时候接收信号时的效果会比较好。

Three methods of judging gap Spark-over at power frequency spark-over test on the three phase combinative surge protector of TBP type were analyzed,namely change of indication on ammeter A1,A2 or operation of current relay.

The main contributions of the paper are as follows:(1) The paper expounds the characteristics of power transmission of EHV and UHV six-phase transmission lines. Researching results show that six-phase can utilize the overhead transmission right-of-way efficiently, and improve the density of power transmission. At the same time, the electric field on surface of conductor, the power frequency electric-magnetic field at ground level can be controlled within the range of permission for six-phase transmission lines.
