Based on the composing characteristics of materials（ATB-30） and the application practice of asphalt stabilized macadam base in Zhashui-Xiaohe expressway,the technical standard of raw and proce-ssed materials,materials composition design,the construction technique and construction quality control key points of ATB-30 were studied and analyzed.

In this dissertation,preparation and thermoelectric characterization of conventional silicon-based materials and devices have been studied, including amorphous silicon films, polycrystalline silicon germanium films and amorphous silicon thin-film-transistors.
