From May 19 to June 17, 2003, a chemical effect experiment on the Murraya paniculata Oidium. sp was conducted in the areas around the Administration Building, the Chemical Lab Building, the Pond near Teachers' Dormitory and the Libraryin the campus.

于2003年5月19日至6月17日，用70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、20%三哩酮超微可湿性粉剂和30波美度的石硫合剂在广西生态工程职业技术学院的学院办公楼前、化学实验楼前、水塘区教工宿舍周围、学院图书馆旁的九里香白粉病Oidium sp。

A oil warehouse was served under the backgroud of engneering application in this paper. Based on analyse and distinguish of oilcan fire, hazardous factors in explosion and accidental characteristics, consequently, inherent hazard scale of the oilcan section was educed by using DOW's fire explosive index method. In that way those errors between safety precaution and present criterion were also definited by analysising and calculating the effect of safty compensating coefficient in deducing hazardous scale of oilcan fire.

本论文以某油库作为工程应用背景，在对油库的火灾、爆炸危险因素及事故特点进行分析、辨识的基础上，应用道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法，对油库中最危险的油罐区进行定量评价，得出油罐区的固有危险等级，分析、计算了不同状态下安全补偿系数对降低罐区火灾危险等级的影响，明确了所采用安全措施的有效性及与现行标准规范要求尚存的差距。
