According to the results of this study, the owner should take action on the drawbacks of building industry system. For example, firstly, the purchase system should be reformed to avoid the malignment competition; secondly, the content of project contract must be reviewed to set up the fair and reasonable contract by the responsible attitude and the additional agreements; thirdly, the professional ability on the area of purchase of clerk should be improved. The design supervise should have professional ability to supply technical service and should be responsible for the loss which caused by the improper design.

根据研究结果得到了三个结论，第一：业主应审慎思考工程采购制度中最低价决标的存废，推动最有利标决标，以杜绝抢标、恶性竞争发生；第二：订定公平合理之工程契约，增列仲裁条款之规定，提升承办人员采购专业能力等；第三：设计监造单位对於提供技术服务工作应有相当程度的专业能力。

The sub-health status is one state between health and illness for body and mind.The body doesn\'t give an obvious disease, but the person feels uncomfortable in body,mentality and human communication, displaying one kind of physiology state that thevigor, reaction ability and acclimatization ability are weakening. This state is mainlycaused by the hypofunction on physiology and metaboly. It is not yet a disease, butalready seriously affect people\'s working efficiency and living standard.

亚健康状态是指人的身心处于疾病与健康之间的状态，是机体虽无明确的疾病，但在躯体上、心理上和人际交往上出现种种不适应的感觉和症状，从而呈现出活力、反应能力和对外界适应能力降低的一种状态，这种状态多由人体生理机能或代谢机能低下所致，虽然尚未达到疾病水平，但已严重影响人的工作效率和生活质量。

Teaching and experiment of physical chemistry can train scientific thought means of undergraduate and improve their ability on putting forward, analyzing and settling questions. Students can settle the practical problems in the pharmic production and research after they have mastered theoretical knowledge of physical chemistry interrelation to pharmacy.

培养学生的科学思维方法及提出问题、研究问题、分析问题的能力，培养他们获取知识并用来解决实际问题的能力，并能应用所学的理论知识解决药物生产、研究中的实际问题，从而掌握从事药学工作必须的物理化学方面的知识。

Next year is 2008,the Olympic Games in our country,it means there are many foreigners will visit our country,if we konw english,we can communicate with them fluently,so we can introduce our great motherland to foreigers,that's a very exciting and proudful thing,so let's try our best to learn english well ,and only we can speak out,don 't remember to the certificates,such as CET4 or CET6 as so on,it's only a piece of paper,it doesn't represent our ability of english.

很多人说自己的专业是学外语的，而实际上遇到老外一句都讲不出来，我觉得那才叫丢人呢。我们都学的哑巴英语，上学时都是为了应付考试，每天做很多题，背很多文章，结果呢，为了一张答卷。毕业时，我们还是开不了口，等工作了就知道当初都学的什么呀。什么叫能力，我认为语言的能力就是为了能很好的驾驭自己所要表达的思想。一句话用母语讲就没问题，可换了英语都不知道怎么说，多难受啊。

Lastly, in accordance with the actual situations of the prototype structure of mosque pagoda, based on the similar relation of model experiments, a model structure of mosque pagoda with a similar coefficient of 1/10 is designed and fabricated. Earthquake simulating shaking table tests are performed on the model structure of pagoda in the cases the AB type passive control system with SMA dampers is erected or unerected. The leading earthquake responses like the relative drift at the top of the main tower and the small tower, interstory drift ratio, acceleration, and cracking process of the pagodas body etc. are studied. The operational behaviors involving the deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity is tested for passive control system with SMA dampers under the earthquake excitation, and the corresponding control mechanism and regularity is also analyzed. Furthermore, the performance changes and protection effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated while the model structure of pagoda is seismically protected or not.

最后，根据光塔原型结构的实际情况，以模型试验的相似关系为基础，设计并制作了一个相似系数S，为1/10的光塔模型结构，并先后进行了未安装和安装A、B型SMA阻尼器被动控制系统光塔模型结构的地震模拟振动台试验，研究了模型结构在3种不同工况下，主塔顶部和小塔顶部的相对位移、层间位移角和加速度以及塔体开裂等光塔结构的主要地震反应，测试了SMA阻尼器被动控制系统在地震激励下的变形能力和消能能力等工作性能，分析了相应的控制机理和控制规律，并从总体上评价了光塔模型结构抗震保护前后的性能变化和保护效果。

First to investigate and analyze the customer attention main question, to confirm the investigation factor, to design the examination table, to implement the customer degree of satisfaction investigation through the science sample and the effective investigation method, then to statistics and processing the zetetic data using the computer, and using the difference analytic method to educe below the conclusion: In order to advance the customer degree of satisfaction and the customer supervisory work's aspect, the company needs to make the improvement in following several aspects: the competitive power of product price, delivery speed, service service timeliness, service personnel's ability, product technical change ability and delivery reliability.

首先调查和分析恒科公司的客户关注的主要问题，确定调查因素，设计调查表，再通过科学取样和有效的调查方法实施顾客满意度调查，然后利用计算机对调查得来的数据进行统计和处理，并利用差异分析法，得出了以下结论：为了提高顾客满意度，再客户管理工作方面，恒科公司需要在以下几个方面进行改进：产品价格的竞争力、交货速度、维修服务的及时性、服务人员的能力、产品技术改进的能力、交货可靠性。
