本文首先简要介绍了台州市农民专业合作社发展现状；从社员关系、组织结构、股权结构、利益返还和表权方式等方面分析了台州市农民专业合作社的组织特色，指出这些组织特色具有明显的台州地域特征；总结了台州市发展农民专业合作社的主要做法：(1)加大政策扶持，改善发展环境；(2)建服务平台，培植典型示范；(3)加强工作指导，促进规范发展；(4)强化组织推动，形成发展全力。
