Upon the problems mentioned above, this paper focuses on the following work:? Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for the key researches both in and abroad;? Studies some existing international standards and protocols including SET and ASC X9;? Gives the designing rules for the secure scheme then proposes a general simple model for mobile payment;? A secure scheme called SeMo is designed according to the different security needs for lineate links and wireless ones;? Analyzes the security for the scheme still basing on the two distinct links, which improves the scheme fully fulfilling the security requirements such as: authentication, integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation.

针对上述问题，本文作了以下几点工作：●分析了国内外对移动支付研究的现有关键技术的优缺点；●学习了一些现有的国际金融规范和标准为准则；●借鉴安全电子交易模型方案，并参考了ASC的X9系列规范，提出一个简单可行的移动支付一般模型；●根据该模型尝试着根据无线和有线两个不同接口对安全性的需要，设计出移动支付系统的安全方案SeMo；●然后再根据接口的不同对该安全方案进行分析，证明该方案能解决移动支付的安全问题，也就是手持设备的认证问题以及数据保密性、完整性等问题。

In the paper, the model, including closure head of reactor pressure vessel and secondary manway of steam generator, was equivalent simplified for axisymmetric analysis and 3D finite element contact analysis, and it was also compared for each other. The different ways were discussed and compared for accomplishing bolt pretension in the structure.

For some rock slopes, which have not distinct failure surface, but have complicated structure or load on the top and so on, a stability analysis of this type slopes by finite element method is presented, the failure surface is defined by certain rule or strain zone from the computed model, and then the safety factor of the rock slope is abtained by finite element method and limit equilibrium methodAt last, using ANSYS , a famous commercial finite element analysis software, a example of high-steep slope which is bearing the load of the LongGe Mansion is presented, the stability of this slope is studied, as a paradign the the stability evalution of complicated high-steep slope under the action of load of building , the chapter gives some meritable reference in stability assessment of rock slopes using numerical simulation by three-dimension elastic-plastic finite element.

并用有限单元法建立边坡的具体模型，应用折减边坡岩体参数、逐级施加荷载等与边坡工作环境相似的方法进行模拟计算，根据计算结果，采用一定的判别准则或图形可视化方法，确定出边坡的滑裂面，再采用刚体极限平衡法或有限单元法计算其安全系数；最后，通过某一工程实例，用大型有限元程序对边坡在建筑物荷载作用下的稳定性进行分析研究，并以此作为计算分析复杂高边坡在高层建筑物作用下的稳定性评价的一个范例，在采用有限元弹塑性数值模拟岩质边坡稳定性方面提供一些有价值的参考。

This study is a kind nonequivalent pretest-posttest designs of quasi-experiment in life education. The experimental group is the six grade class led by the researcher, and the control group is another six grade class of the same school. The researcher executes analysis of covariance of the grade school pupils' life attitude evaluation scale and quality data, in order to explore the meaning, value and feasibility of life education. The researcher wishes to become the reference for someone who wanted to work about the life education by executing the curriculum of life education.

本研究是以实施生命教育课程为主的不等组前后测设计之准实验研究，以研究者实际教学的六年级班级为实验班，另一六年级班级为对照组，进行「国小儿童生命态度量表」前后测的共变数分析，辅以质性资料的分析，来探讨生命教育课程的意义与价值及其可行性，希望能透过研究者对於生命教育课程的实践，成为日后有志从事生命教育工作之参考依据。

At last, for the needs of fully building a welloff society, this chapter posed the feasability of the transfer of peasant workers to the human capital, getting the result that peasant workers is the core in the aim of fully building the welloff society.In chapter 5, we took Qingdao as an example, made an analysis of peasant workers human capital transfer benefit. In the analysis, we found that the male education benefit rate is slightly lower than female; peasant workers working in service is a little bit lower than industry and construction; peasant workers from Qingdao city is higher than that from outsided Qingdao.

最后，该章根据全面建设小康社会的需要，探讨全面建设小康社会中农民工向人力资本转化的可行性，得出农民工人力资本发展是全面建设小康社会目标的核心动力的结论；第五章主要通过实证研究，以青岛市为例，对农民工转化为人力资本进行了成本收益分析，在实证分析中我们发现，男性教育收益率略低于女性，在服务行业工作的农民工教育收益率略低于工业和建筑业农民工，来自青岛大市的农民工教育收益率高于来自青岛以外地区的农民工。
