The work in the second year's project had resulted in two primary successes. One is to analyze the field data of wave and wind collected from August 1993 to May 1994, acquire the short time characteristic and the cross correlation between wind and wave in Mir-Tuor area. The other is to consult with Central Weather Bureau to get the waves data observing in Hsiao-Liu-Chiu and Dong-Chi-Yu. Cross correlation analysis was applied to analyze the relationship of the waves between Mir-Tuor and Hsiao-Liu-Chiu area, and between Mir-Tuor and Dong-Chi-Yu area. It indicates good cross correlation of waves between Mir-Tuor and Hsiao-Liu-Chiu area.

本年度为五年期计画之第二年子计画，主要工作成果有二：一是搜集82年8月至83年5月现场波浪及风速资料进行分析，得到弥陀地区短期波浪特性，以及风、浪之相关性；二是协调气象局提供小琉球与东吉岛波浪测站之同步观测资料，并且分别与弥陀波浪资料进行交叉相关分析，探讨弥陀、小琉球，与弥陀、东吉岛波浪之相关性。

分析了轧机用非共轭鼓形齿联轴器的齿面啮合特征，并在此基础上进一步研究齿间周向载荷的分配规律，给出一种分析非共轭鼓形齿联轴器工作倾角对其齿间载荷分配影响的有效方法。

The static natural frequencies and dynamic frequencies (under 3000rpm) are calculated by the finite element method and cyclic symmetry technique. The rotating vibration behaviors of the two models are compared. Different vibration characteristics between the two models are discussed. Geometry mismatch in a turbine blade root, which arose in manufacturing process or caused by wearing out during service, leads to contact conditions changed in fir-tree attachments. As a result, shifting of the fundamental frequencies and redistribution of stress in the blade base possibly cause failure of the blade.

This article defined the concept of biological weapon and listed its types after consulting lots of related data; it divided the history of biological weapon into three periods; it reviewed the general condition of biological weapon research in certain countries; it analyzed why this weapon had not been deracinated after so long a period of forbiddance; it listed the harms and ethical calamities aroused by biological weapon; and it suggested what people should do to deracinate this weapon.

另外，本论文做的工作还包括：参引众多资料，对生物武器的概念和类型进行了界定和厘划；从时间维度对生物武器的历史进行了三分，从空间维度对生物武器在各国的研究情况进行了总瞰；从国际法和国家利益等方面分析了生物武器屡禁不止的根由；从自然界可持续发展、人的生命关怀、人文精神等三个方面分析了生物武器对它们的破坏和由此带来的伦理灾难；指出了政治家、科学家、军人和普通民众在制止生物武器方面应起的作用。
