工作分析

The reestablish and error estimation formulas of the non-noise signal under the finitive scale condition is given for the basic filtering operation of high pass, low pass, and band pass respectively. The signal Wavelet analysis softwave developed, which is of some common use, and is served as the basis of the research following it, is also introduced here.

第二章首先建立了突变信号的数学模型；导出了对突变信号进行连续小波分析的尺度截取准则；分别针对突变信号进行高通、低通和带通三种基本滤波操作的情况，给出了在有限尺度分析情况下的非噪部分信号的重建估计和误差估计公式；并介绍了所开发的作为后续工作的基本分析工具、具有一定通用性的信号小波分析软件。

This papersummarizes the studies on glycinin including components,structure and gene families.The homogeneity of the glycinin gene sequences was compared by bioinformatics.Heredity Distances of the six glycinin genes were analyzed. Special emphasis is laidupon comparing the sequences and components of amino acids in the glycinin. Thecontents of major amino acids in the intact glycinin and in the acid and basic peptideswere analyzed. In view of others and our researches, we advance some new thinkingand tactics of improving rice nutritional quality by using glycinin genes.

本文在简要介绍大豆球蛋白组分、结构及基因家族后，采用生物信息学方法分析比较了不同种类大豆球蛋白基因之间的序列同源性，并对不同大豆球蛋白基因的遗传距离作了分析；本文还重点比较分析了不同大豆球蛋白的氨基酸序列和组成，以及不同酸性肽和碱性肽中重要氨基酸的含量，基于对前人工作的总结和我们的分析结果，本文提出了利用大豆球蛋白基因进行水稻营养品质改良研究的新思路和新策略。

It is widely regarded that it is very difficult to analyze competitors in competitive intelligence. The competitor analysis framework built by M. Porter will help to overcome the difficulty. However, Porter's framework has not pumiced the analysis steps in the process.

At first, this paper gives the brief introduction of the history and present status of accelerometer and its testing technology, the working principium and math model of the liquid floated pendu-lous accelerometer, and then, decides the binary width pulse force retrim loop as the design proposal of testing system, researches the transfer function of every part in the system emphasizly, analyses the stability of the whole accelerometer testing system from the angle of control theoretics by the open loop transfer function of system, and designed the correcting net, analyses the basal problems such as resolution, sampling restraint, precision and so on, designs the hardware testing circuits such as preamplification, band-pass filter, alternating amplifier, phase sensitive demodulatorn, pulse-width modulation, frequency scale circuit, moment current generator. Finally, using the graphics program language LabV-IEW which is designed for testing field especially by NI accomplishes the solfware design of testing system,realized the testing functions.

首先对加速度计及其测试技术的发展历史和现状，液浮摆式加速度计的工作原理和数学模型等作了简要的介绍，然后确定了以二元调宽脉冲再平衡测试回路为设计方案，并从控制理论的角度进行了分析，着重研究了系统中各部分的传递函数，利用系统开环传递函数分析了系统的稳定性，同时设计了系统的校正网络；分析了二元调宽脉冲再平衡测试回路的分辨率、采样约束以及测试精度等基本问题，并按照系统分析的结果设计了包括前置放大、带通滤波、交流放大、相敏解调、脉宽调制、频标电路以及力矩电流发生器等测试系统各部分硬件电路，验证了电路的正确性，最后按照测试系统的要求，采用了美国NI公司专为测试领域所开发的虚拟仪器工具——LabVIEW作为测试软件开发工具，利用该图形化编程语言完成了测试系统软件部分的设计，实现了测试功能。

Secondly, it summarizes development and gradual progress about operational risk measurement. Analyzes and compares two main categories at present: bottom-up and top-down, and Loss Distribution Approach of top-down and Income Model of bottom-up is studied deeply, then finds out the main challenges of operational risk measure methods. Thirdly, taking examples for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Shenzhen Development Bank, it demonstrates operational risk measurement of our banking using Basic Indicator Approach and Income Model of bottom-up. And by comparing its effects with analysis result of concrete loss incidents of operational risk, it is approved that to apply operational risk measurement to our banking is feasibility. Finally, the paper analyzes difficulties to measure operational risk, such as weak consciousness of measuring operational risk, short of effective modern measuring model, behindhand of loss data collection and lack of perfect inside management mechanism of measurement, and then gives some advices.

接着总结了操作风险度量方法的发展演进过程，对目前度量操作风险的两类主流方法&自下而上&法和&自上而下&法进行了详细的分析和比较，分别选取&自下而上&的损失分布法和&自上而下&的收入模型法展开深入研究，并剖析了操作风险度量方法面临的主要挑战；接着以&浦东发展银行&和&深圳发展银行&为例，选用&自上而下&的基本指标法和收入模型法进行了操作风险度量的实证分析，并将分析结果与使用具体损失事件的实际操作风险分析结果进行了比较，证实了操作风险度量方法应用于我国的可行性；最后文章对我国银行业度量操作风险中存在的现实困难进行了深入探讨，指出了我国存在操作风险度量认识障碍、缺乏适用的现代操作风险度量模型、损失数据收集工作滞后以及操作风险度量缺乏完善的内部管理机制保证四大方面的现实问题，并提出了对策建议。
