The mian works are as follows:(1)By coprecipitation technique and coprecipitation- gel technique the nano zirconia powder was produced, factors affecting the properties of nano zirconia powder such as pH and the content of stabilizator are analyzed;(2)By the new pressless sintering process, the nano zirconia ceramic was produced, factors which can affecting the properties of nano zirconia sinter body such as moulding press and the sinter temperature are analyzed;(3)By the microtherm pressless sintering process, the nano copper added functional zirconia ceramic composite was produced, microscopic dimensionality and electric properties of such sinter body and the factors affecting such sinter body are analyzed;(4)By the self-invented "external albumen coating" technique the zirconia powder was successfully coated by carbon in the corresponding sinter body, which can help solve the traditional aggregation problem to some degree;(5)Based on analyze the characteristics in the nano powder sinter process, the "three-ball sinter model" was proposed, for the relationship between the relative density and porosity of sinter body, by mathematical fitting, such model was successfully verified.

本研究比较系统地研究了纳米氧化锆陶瓷的合成与成型机理，特别是讨论了纳米氧化锆陶瓷的稳定性，为防止纳米颗粒在外场作用下的团聚和长大提供了理论基础和实验数据，具体工作有以下几方面：(1)采用共沉淀法和共沉淀-凝胶法制备了纳米氧化锆粉体，并分析了pH值和稳定剂含量对粉体性能的影响；(2)采用新型无压烧结工艺制备了纳米氧化锆陶瓷，并分析了成型压力和烧结温度对烧结体性能的影响；(3)采用低温无压烧结工艺制备出添加纳米铜的功能性纳米氧化锆复合陶瓷，并分析了烧结体的微观尺度和电学性能的变化以及影响因素；(4)通过自创的&鸡蛋清外敷法&在真空镀膜台上对纳米氧化锆粉体进行包敷碳颗粒的表面处理，并采用真空烧结工艺制得相应烧结体，初步开始解决陶瓷烧结过程中团聚长大这一传统难题；(5)通过分析纳米颗粒在制备烧结体过程中的实际特点，提出了&三球烧结数学模型&，通过引入坯体相对密度和孔隙率的相对关系分析并通过自行编写的数学拟合软件，验证了这一数学模型。

By synthesizing theories of systems engineering, science of talent, talent assessment, performance appraisal and bibliometrics, the author analyzes the qualification structure and performance structure of theachers in military academies and sets up a basic structure and concrete appraisal indicator system of qualifications of technical specialty for teachers in colleges. The author puts forward new appraisal indicators such as "lecuring hours coefficient","republication coefficient","thesis of core journals coefficient" and "citation coefficient". Comparatively complete quantification approaches are invented by the author for working performance of teaching, researching and social service of teachers. Based on this, the author establishes an integrated method to generate the appraisal results. By the application of stadardized processing on the appraisal results and synthetization of weighted indexes, the author solves the addibility and comparability problems of differentiated appraisal results by category or dimensiok, and realizes the amalgamation and comprehensive appraisal of inflexible appraisalresults and flexible appraisal results, and probes into the testification methods of validity, consistency and sensitivity analysis for the indicators system.

综合运用系统工程理论、人才学理论、人才素质测评理论、工作绩效评估理论、文献计量学等原理与方法，分析研究了军校教师的素质结构和绩效结构；建立了高校教师专业技术资格评审条件基本结构和具体评价指标体系，提出了&完成主讲课程课时系数&、&著作重版系数&、&核心期刊论文系数&、&论文被检索引用系数&等若干新的评价指标；提出了比较完整的教师的教学、科研、社会服务等工作业绩的量化方法；以此为基础，建立了评价结果的综合方法，通过对评价结果的标准化处理，运用指标加权综合法，解决了不同类别、不同量纲指标的评价结果的可加性和可比较性问题，实现了硬评价结果和软评价结果的融合和综合评价；探讨了指标体系有效性、一致性、灵敏度分析的检验方法。

Firstly, the study summarized historical research outcomes of the three variables:stressor,self-regulation and job burnout;then basing on amouts of paper reading,the study posed into the possible relationships among stressor,self-regulation and job burnout theorically,subsequently presented the hypothesis of this paper.

Through the survey and analysis of spot questionnaire check and visitorial talk of some teachers in elementary and middle schools in our province , the article makes a revelation on the logical presupposition-need of the stimulation strategy constitution of modern teachers in elementary and middle schools .That is ,they have abundant and multiple needs ;they advocate research freedom and comfortable teaching environment ;and they pursue self-value and meaning of the life and advocate spirit .At the same time ,this article makes an analysis on the factors which influence the working enthusiasm of the teachers so that constitutes a stimulation strategy for the teacher in elementary and middle schools which is full of humanism significance . for example strategy of meeting teachers'needs﹑strategy of inspiring teachers'work motive strategy of establishing objective management , etc.

Making the full use of the theoretical knowledge of FEA,contact mechanics and friction wear,and integrating with the research of other domestic and international scholar. Starting with analyzing working characteristics of journal bearing of roller cone bit, we finished the contact FEA of the journal bearing and the thrust bearing, using ANSYS software. The tolerance ranges of journal bearing of a roller cone bit are specially studied.

本文利用有限元、接触力学和摩擦学理论知识，同时结合国内外其它学者的研究，从分析牙轮钻头滑动轴承的工作特性入手，利用软件ANSYS完成了牙轮钻头中大、小轴承及止推轴承的接触有限元分析工作，对牙轮钻头滑动轴承的尺寸公差的取值，进行了专门的研究和探讨。
