Considering property of solid abrasive lapping with high machining efficiency and large proportion of auxiliary working time, this paper develops a new lapping machine with computer control technology and digital display technology. It can reduce worker's labor strength and auxiliary working time, on-line measure lapping height, assure workpiece size accuracy and lap automatically and improve lapping machine properties.

针对固着磨料研磨效率高，辅助工时比重大的特点，将计算机控制技术和数显技术应用于研磨机上，研制出新型高速研磨机，在减轻工人劳动强度的同时，大幅度减少辅助工时，并对研磨加工量能进行在线检测，以确保工件尺寸精度，提高了研磨机的自动化程度，改进了研磨机的性能。
