Objective To investigate the protective effect of ligustrazine on brain injury.Methods The effects of ligustrazine on breath time of head decollated mice and survival time of hypoxic mice induced by sodium nitrite were observed and neurological score and infarct area in the middle cerebral artery occlusion rats were measured.

目的 研究川芎嗪对脑损伤的保护作用方法采用小鼠断头法、亚硝酸钠(NaNO2)致死法、鼠大脑中动脉栓塞法，通过观察断头喘息时间、亚硝酸钠致死时间、脑缺血行评分、脑缺血面积，明确川芎嗪对脑损伤的保护作用。

Bone marrow transplantation + habu snake venom + Ligustrazine + GM-CSF group: recipients received Ligustrazine and GM-CSF intraperitoneal injection for seven days continuously after habu snake venom injection, and observed the green fluorescence in kidney on above-mentioned times.

结果假手术组各个时间段大鼠前脑组织少量表达MMP-9；缺血再灌注6h组大鼠脑组织即有MMP-9的表达，缺血再灌注24h组、48h组大鼠脑组织大量表达MMP-9；缺血再灌注3d、5d组大鼠脑组织亦可见MMP-9的表达，但较缺血再灌注24h、48h组相比MMP-9表达减少；除川芎嗪6h组不具统计学意义外，其它时间段川芎嗪治疗组与缺血再灌注组相比MMP-9含量均降低。
