Methods 38 cases with 53 hips of ANFH treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening catheterizing and perfusing medial and lateral circumflex arteries.Those drugs are Urokinase 200 thousand Units,Danshen Root 20 ml and Ligustrazine 20 mg. Retention catheter was held in the target vessels and infused the same drugs besides Heparin 4500u in 3 days. To evaluate therapeutic effect ,the DSA of the femoral artery and x-ray plain film and/or CT/MRI of the femoral head were performanced. Results All cases were followed up 1~16 (mean 9.5) months.

方法对38例ANFH患者的53髋先常规行股动脉DSA，后在股骨头的供血动脉旋股内、外侧动脉内灌注溶栓、扩血管药物，即在每支血管内注入稀释后的尿激酶 20万u、丹参10 ml及川芎嗪20 mg；术后保留导管于动脉内，经导管每日注入同剂量的药物及肝素钠4500 u，连用3天后拔管，治疗后复行股动脉DSA检查及行股骨头X线平片及/或CT、MR随访以评估疗效。

The rats were orally treated with referential ferulaic acid, Rhizoma Chuanxiong extraction and Naodesheng capsule repectively. Blood samples were collected by cutting rats tails. Plasma was separated by centrifugation at 10 000 r·min-1 for 10 min, and two-times methanol in volume was added to deposit proteins. After centrifugation, the upper liquid was transferred to filter. The concentration of ferulaic acid in serum was determined by RP-HPLC.

大鼠分别灌胃给予阿魏酸对照品、川芎药材提取物、复方脑得生片，断尾采血，离心，取血浆适量，加甲醇沉淀蛋白，取上清液过滤，用HPLC分析，以C18为固定相，流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液（30∶70），在320 nm检测阿魏酸血药浓度，3p97软件处理数据。

METHODS: Adjuvant-induced arthritis rats were treated with acupuncture therapy, Chinese herb treatment or both in combination for one week, then the density of TMPH in heart, liver, kidney, and hind paw was determined by HPLC. The cAMP level in the heart and liver was also measured by radioimmunoassay. The blood changes were detected through the test of blood rheometer.

以佐剂性关节炎大鼠为模型，观察单纯针刺法、单纯药物法及针药结合法分别连续治疗一周后，用HPLC法测定各组大鼠心脏、肝脏、肾脏及病灶局部组织中盐酸川芎嗪的含量；用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠心脏、肝脏中cAMP水平；用血液流变仪测定各组大鼠的血液流变学变化。

RESULTS: Compared with acupuncture and Chinese herb used separately, acupuncture and herb combination significantly decreased the level of reduced viscosity in whole blood, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation and erythroagglutination index..Significant increases of TMPH in the heart, liver and hind paw tissue except kidney were observed after the combined treatment, which also raise cAMP level in heart and liver.

结果：针药组大鼠的全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数均较单纯针刺组、单纯药物组显著降低；单位时间内针药组大鼠体内(心脏、肝脏、病灶局部组织)盐酸川芎嗪含量明显高于单纯药物组，肾脏中却无明显增高；同时针药组大鼠心脏、肝脏中的cAMP含量明显高于单纯针刺组和单纯药物组。
