There were 31 lumbar isthmic spondylolisthesis cases were treated by granule cancellous bone grafting and vertebral pedicle screw fixation. All of 31 cases were evaluated by standard of Hou Shu-xun and fusion rate after operation.

采用松质骨颗粒椎间植骨、峡部及后外侧植骨加椎弓根钉系统复位固定治疗峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症31例，术后采用侯树勋等制定的疗效评定标准及融合率来评价临床疗效。

Methods Four lumbosacral spinal specimens of human were used to manufacture the intact segmental specimen, then the specimen models were worked out by cutting the isthmic of intact specimens with wire-saw, and then one pure bone-towel or one anterior fusing cage was inserted separately into the model's interbody space to stable the model. Finally, all of the specimens' stiffness of the upper four conditions was measured.

使用4具人尸腰骶椎骨制成空白运动节段标本，用线锯锯断椎弓峡部法制成峡部裂模型标本，再分别用单纯骨块、AFC置入模型标本椎间隙以固定该节段，测试以上4种状态下节段标本的应变、位移、刚度。

Results C/EBPαand C/EBPβexpressed differently in the outer root sheath,follicular papilla,hair matrix and sebaceous gland in embryonic period.The positive signals were chiefly distributed in the nucleˉuses.The expression of C/EBPαand C/EBPβwere found in the basal cell layer of outer root sheath and sebaceous gland in the new born and maturation phase,The expression in nucleuses of outer root sheat cells decreased with the differentiation but enhanced oppositely in the cytoplasm.

结果 C/EBPα和C/EBPβ分别在胚胎期毛囊外根鞘，毛乳头，毛母质及皮脂腺细胞的胞核内强表达；新生儿毛囊峡部下端外根鞘基底层细胞的胞核内也存在强表达，基底内层胞核阳性信号逐渐减弱；而成体毛囊核内阳性信号仅定位于峡部下端外根鞘基底层及皮脂腺基底层。

SCT MPR techniques have good display ability in spondyloschisis and its secondary abnormity, it is an ideal method in spondyloschisis diagnosis.

Results: from the 729 clinic patients X-ray find the spondyloschisis with no spondylolisthesis was 0.68%, with spondylolithesis was 2.79%.

结果：729例病人中X光对于不伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂的检出率约为0.68%，对于有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂检出率约2.79%。
