The deformation of conductive particles in pure metal connected by anisotropically conductive adhesives has been investigated using finite element analysis. The results indicate that the increment in stresses of the conductive particles begins at the contact area toward the boundary through the centers of conductive particles when the reduction in height increases. When stress is over the yield strength, the similar behavior was observed. So the deformation of conductive particles is not uniform, which means that the deformation of conductive particles is the same as the stress does.

Based on the analysis of the process of free orthogonal metal cutting, the theory of elastic-plastic distortion and temperature field was discussed. Yield rule, intensify rule, fluxion rule, types of contact and diathermanous model of metal cutting were also analyzed detailedly. The FEA model of stress field and temperature field of free orthogonal metal cutting were established by the fundamental idea of FEA. State nonlinear, material nonlinear and geometry nonlinear thermal-stress coupling were analyzed by FEA technology. The separate criterion of chip and dispose of contact types were research emphatically.

本文在直角自由切削过程分析的基础上，讨论了金属切削过程中的弹塑性变形理论和温度场理论，详细分析了屈服准则、强化准则、流动准则、金属切削传热模型、接触类型等问题，并利用有限元的基本思想，建立了直角自由切削应力场和温度场的有限元模型，进行了状态非线性、材料非线性和几何非线性的热力耦合分析，重点研究了切屑分离标准的确定、表面接触类型的处理等问题。

Combined with the observation of the metallograph and analysis of the change of chemical composition of alloys,we can draw the following conclusion:the addition of within the range of 40% once-used cobalt-chromium alloy to casting cobalt-chromium alloy wouldn't affect the quality of restorations,excessive addition of once-used alloy would damaged the microstructure and physical properties.

摘 要：通过比较不同比例的新旧钴铬合金铸造后的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率、硬度等机械性能指标，并结合相应的金相观察及化学成份分析，得出结论：铸造钴铬合金中可加入不超过40％的仅铸造过一次的旧料而不影响合金的主要机械性能，超过这一比例，将影响修复体的质量。

The mechanical properties of coal filled polymer composites The mechanical properties of coal/PP composites were investigated, and the effects of coal rank, particle size, surface modification of coupling and alkylation were discussed. The results show that the anthracite and bituminous coal all can be used as filler of plastic after pretreatment of part devolatilization and surface modification; The modulus of composites increase with the content of coal filler; The coupling agent is of no effect for reinforcing the coal/PP composites, except that there are new oxygenous function group forming on the surface in the process of pulverizing; The F-C alkylation reinforce coal (under 10μm)/PP composites obviously.

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.
