Chapters Three, Four and Five are the main body of this thesis.Chapter Three makes a detailed linguistic description from graphological, syntactic and lexical levels, and summarizes the stylistic characteristics of weblogs at each level.

书写层面表现为标点符号和大小写的不规则使用；句法层面表现为简单句和句子片段的广泛应用；词汇层面表现为口语和缩略词汇的大量使用。

This thesis has carried on some new explorations and researches in following three aspects: A. researching the combination course between rites and penalty law, we focus on the juristic basis, the legislation and the judicative practice in Chinese ancient times, and then gave three-dimensional demonstrations; B. we draw our conclusion about the nature of the syncretism of rites and penalty through paying attention on the interactivity of rites and penalty, not only on the unilateralism of them; C. we discuss on the value orientation of the syncretism of rites and penalty by comparing rites with penalty, which was determined by rank, patriarchal clan system, ethicality and sociality.

本论文在以下三个方面进行了一些新的探索和认识：在探索礼刑结合的过程中力图从思想层面的法理认识、立法层面的法律规范和实践层面的司法活动三个方面的结合分析中，形成立体化的论述；在认识礼刑结合的本质上，强调&礼&与&刑&的互动性，而不拘泥于传统的儒家思想改造刑律的单向化描述；在认识礼刑结合的价值取向上，从&礼&与&刑&的异同出发，点破了礼刑结合的价值取向在于等级性、宗法性、伦理性和社会性。

On the basis of analyzing its history and existing circumstances, firstly, the strategy of pluricellular management is put forward. Secondly, the first bureau"s operation mechanism which focuses on the method of project construction and the problem that the bureau adjuster its enterprise structure and strategy and allocate resources on the basics of the existing strategic capability, facing on rapid changing environment. Thirdly, the view of enterprise"s foreign development, which is not a selection but a reality, is to be held.

在对中国路桥集团公路一局进行历史和现状分析的基础上，在第一个层面，首先提出了立足公路建设市场进行多元化的经营基本战略；在第二个层面分析了公路一局以项目施工法为核心建立向智力型施工企业发展的运行机制，解决了公路一局面对急剧变化的环境，在现有战略能力的基础上，进行组织结构调整和战略资源配置的问题；在第三个层面上分析了企业面对全球化，走出去不是一种选择，而是一种现实，提出了公路一局进行跨国经营的战略，重点论述了通过国际合作参与国际竞争，逐步走向国际市场的竞争手段。

In market aspect,MNEs have rigidity of market crowding out,can possess market rapidly and potentially,build the bulwark of market entering,while it also has absolute advantage of brands. At the same time,they also develop a pattern of value chain of vertical specialization,by which,Chinas enterprises may have a chance to get into MNEs global value chain and acquire market room. In industry aspect,while MNEs control the industry by stock property and the advantage of brands,they provide a chance of industrial transfer and industrial linkages. Chinas enterprises could strengthen industrial linkages and achieve industrial drive by technology innovation and agglomeration effect. In technology aspect,because of the nature of MNEs technology monopoly,Chinas enterprises must face the dilemma of technology dependence,technology unadaptability and technology trap. But MNEs may also transfer technology to Chinas enterprises by competition effect,demonstration effect and cooperation effect. Moreover,Chinas enterprises could make use of MNEs investment of "oligopolistic reaction"in China to accelerate technology transfer.

在市场层面，跨国公司对中国企业具有市场挤出的刚性，市场占有速度快、潜力大，构筑市场进入壁垒，具有绝对品牌优势，但也在中国形成垂直专业化分工的价值链模式，中国企业获得链入跨国公司全球价值链，获取自身市场空间的机会；在产业层面，跨国公司借助股权安排和品牌优势实施产业控制，但也提供了产业梯度转移和产业关联的契机，中国企业可以通过技术创新和聚集效应，增强产业关联，实现产业带动；在技术层面，跨国公司出于技术垄断本性，使中国企业面临技术依赖、技术非适应性甚至技术陷阱的困境，但也通过竞争效应、示范效应、合作效应对中国企业进行技术转移，中国企业还可以利用跨国公司在华&寡占反应&投资，加速技术转移。

TO EXPLORE THE STATE-RUN-CORPORATION EMPL -OYEES' VIEW IN THE REACTION UNION COMMITMENT MODEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES IN PRIVATIZA -TION, THIS STUDY ADOPTED A MULTI DIMENSIONAL RESEARCH FRAMEWORK WHICH CONTAINS PREDICTORS RELATED TO INDIVIDUAL, JOB AND ORGANIZATION AS WELL AS RECOGNITION TOWARD CHANGES AND UNIO -N RECOGNITION TO BE ADDED AS INTERMEDIATER.

摘要 本研究在针对国营事业民营化过程之现况与问题，采用多构面之研究架构，包括个人层面、工作层面、组织层面等相关变项，并加入民营化变革认知、工会认知为中介变项以探讨国营事业员工对民营化组织变革之工会承诺模式。
