为了研究片层取向对片层组织TiAl合金蠕变性能的影响，同时为合金的组织控制及设计提供理论依据，本文对TiAl金属间化合物PST晶体（Polysynthetically Twinned Crystal）的高温蠕变行为进行了较为细致的研究，并着重研究了片层相对于外力轴的取向对PST晶体蠕变性能的影响。

First, it expounded foundational theories of capital operation especially about related state-owned enterprise, then it put forward the SOCO State-Owned Capital Operation Model which had directly aimed at self characteristic and the circumstances of our big-and-middle state-owned enterprise .

首先，本文在对有关资本运营、尤其是国有企业资本运营的相关理论基础作了阐述以后，针对我国大中型国有企业的自身特点和情况，提出了SOCO国有资本运营实施模型(State-Owned Capital Operation Model)，该模型将资本运营的整个实施过程划分为概念层、运作层、支撑环境层三个层面，围绕着三个层面，本文对国有大中型企业如何有效开展资本运营作了详细的论述和探讨，最后在分析我国国有大中型企业现状的基础上，结合本文所提出的SOCO模型，对我国国有大中型企业实施企业资本运营提出了一些建议。

At last, the three level development strategies of commercial bank's enterprise pension business were proposed by using strategic management theory. These three level strategies are the corporate level strategies, the business level strategies and the operational level strategies. On the corporate level strategies, financial holding group model could be used to provide comprehensive enterprise pension service. On the business level strategies, the competitive strategies of differentiation and focus and the cooperative strategies used in the development of mixed management could be applied. On the operational level strategies, seven marketing development methods were proposed. They are fulfilling the construction of enterprise pension marketing channel, strengthening overall marketing and linkage marketing; differentiating customers and markets using multi-level marketing skill; strengthening advertisement of enterprise pension knowledge, developing potential customers of enterprise pension and etc.

Presence of multiples leads to poor quality in main stages of offshore seismic data processing, such as velocity analysis, stacking and imaging. Three basic multiple attenuating methods are reviewed; and a more effective multiple attenuator is achieved by joining them. As the first step, shot or receiver records are extrapolated by wave-equation datum algorithms. The extrapolation will establish a model of waterbottom multiples. Waterbotton multiples will then be removed by subtracting the extrapolated records from the original records. After that, predictive deconvolution is used to attenuate the multiples created by source ghost. Finaly, RADON transformation is adopted to separate peg-leg multiples and residual water-bottom multiples from the original data in the τ-p domain.

地震勘探尤其是海上地震勘探中存在着各类多次波，由于多次波的存在严重影响了速度分析、叠加、偏移成像等地震资料处理，海上多次波主要有全程多次波和层间多次两大类，为了压制海上不同类型的多次波，本文首先分析波场外推、预测反褶积和拉东变换衰减不同多次波的理论基础，然后联合采用这些方法，分别衰减全程多次波和层间多次波；即：首先对炮记录或者接收点记录进行波场外推，建立海底多次波模型，预测并减去全程多次波，然后利用预测反褶积衰减掉周期性明显的多次波，最后将数据转换到τ-p 域，用拉冬变换根据同一时间多次波和有效波在速度等方面的差异，进一步分离层间多次波和剩余的全程多次波，并在该域中切除分离出的多次波，从而实现联合多次波衰减处理。

The exchange of substances between deposited sediments and overlying water must also pass through the DBL. In this study, two series of flume experiments with and without wind blowing conditions were conducted to study the salt release process from sandy sediments in a polder reservoir. The thickness of DBL was directly measured. The experimental salt fluxes through the DBL under the two wind conditions were inter-compared and compared with the estimations using the Fick's first law in an effort to explore the role of DBL in contact inhibition of salt release.
