This thesis studies each structural layer's feature:(1) structural layer of basement:it is a Paleozoic folded basement,whose tectonic deformation and magma intrusion is fiercely,and it is affected by the early Hercynian tectonic movement and related to the underthrust and closure (C1) of Zhungaer ocean basin and the areal pressing of continents (C2-3);(2) structural layer of Permian:due to the regional extending and fault depression role in mid-Hercynian,it occurred to the combinations of structure and magma in Santanghu basin and it's periphery area,such as A-granite's stock,batholiths and diabase's dike.

二叠系构造层：受中海西区域性伸展断陷作用的影响，盆地及其周缘地区发育与伸展构造有关的构造-岩浆组合，如呈岩株、岩基状侵位的A型花岗岩以及呈岩墙状侵位的辉绿岩等。

The tectonic rocks along the fault zone are composed of cataclastic rocks and mylonites formed in higher, middle and lower temperature. Respectively, both of structural features and rocks have the features of multiple phase's of deformation. The deformation features of main minerals in the high temperature mylonites show that: the quartz has the form of long single crystal and the fabric feature of point maximum near X axis; the feldspar has the form of recrystallization assemblage, They present a high amphibolite-granulite facies with temperature ＞600℃ and depth ＞20km. The deformation features of mylonites formed in middle temperature show that: the quartz has the form of polycrystal banding and the fabric feature of point maximum near Y axis and small circle girdle with Y rotational axis; the feldspar has the form of a coremantle structure, They reflect a high greenschist-lower amphibolite facies with temperature from 400℃ to 600℃ and depth from 15km to 20km.

其中，高温糜棱岩主要矿物变形特征组合为：石英为长矩状或长条状单晶、组构为近X轴的点极密，长石为几乎完全重结晶的集合体，形成温度＞600℃，相当于高角闪岩—麻粒岩相，形成深度＞20km；中温糜棱岩主要矿物变形特征组合为：石英为多晶条带、组构为近Y轴点极密和以Y轴为旋转轴的小圆环带，长石发育核幔结构，形成温度为400～600℃，相当于高绿片岩—低角闪岩相，形成深度为15～20km；低温糜棱岩主要矿物变形特征组合为：石英发育核幔结构、组构特征为近Z轴点极密，长石以碎裂为主，形成温度＜400℃，相当于中低绿片岩相，形成深度为8～12km；碎裂岩则主要代表了地表浅层的变形。

Collecting a total of 102 cases(107eyes) of pations with traumatic optic neuropathy that underwent edoscopic optic nerve decompression surgery during December 1999 - April 2008 line,retrospective analysis of CT performance for the optic canal and paranasal sinuses,and Comparison of them with surgical results.102 cases of patients performed routine and coronal axial sinus CT scans,the optic canal zone wi th thin target scan,line of nasal tip and the anterior clinoid process connection as baseline for axis scan,and the vertical line of "bed nasal line" as baseline for coronal scan.

方法收集1999年12月-2008年4月间在青医附院耳鼻喉科行鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的外伤性视神经病患者的病例，共102例(107眼)，回顾分析其鼻窦及视神经管CT表现，并查看手术记录描述，将CT结果与术中所见情况进行对比分析。102例患者术前常规行轴位及冠状位鼻窦CT扫描，视神经管区行薄层靶扫描，以骨性鼻尖与前床突的连线为轴位扫描基线，以&床鼻线&的垂直线为冠状位扫描基线。

Methods Nineteen bone impacted and unerupted teeth in 18 cases selected by orthopantomograph were scanned by 3DX-CT with 1.0 mm slice thickness. Images obtained by 3DX-CT (horizontally, sagittally, coronally) were analyzed after multi-plane reconstruction and 3D reconstruction including the angle of the bone axis impacted and unerupted teeth; maximum radius of the coronal teeth; distances between the tooth and the cortical bone around; distances to the neighboring tooth roots and nerve forum canal; the thickness of the bone tissue, etc.

The occurrence of the granites in the Foping and vicinity correlates closely with those ductile-brittle shearing zones. The granite bodies are elongate in shape and distribute parellel to the shearing zones with high dip angles, and are plane in shape and emplace along the shearing zones with low dip angles, displaying syntectonic feature.

Data were analyzed from photographs from optical microscopy and Computer Image Analysis.Results:Gene expression level of bcl-2mRNA (numeric density and concentration of bcl-2 immunopositive neurons) in layer Ⅲ of the ipsilateral visual cortex area 17 and the laminas receiving ipsilateral geniculate input from the strabismic and deprived eyes are significantly lower than the input from the untreated eyes.

These were raised underinducing condition to test if any morphology and structure changes. Twenty two Arabidopsismutants had various changes in morphology and anatomical structures. Twenty mutants hadlow germination rate from 10% to 60%, of which 2 had survival rates at 0% and 50%. Fivemutants occurred structure changes in the hypocotyls or stem. One of these lines, namedarris-stem, showed some unique changes: slower growth rate in comparison with the wildtype from germination to florescence; serrated margin of leaf blades, spiral rosette; morebranch in the bottom part of the stem, shorter nodes, twisted stem and branch. There were oneor several arrises along the stem. Across sections of the arrises showed one or several compactcells lumps which were round, made up of several layers of cells, looked like vascular-bundle.
