In this paper we build a university scientific research management information system based on Client/Server and three-layer structure of ASP technology, and introduced the design aims, tasks and principle of the system with systematic investigation and analyzsis of demand., With the principle of integrality, practicability, opening, precursive and generality, data stream and data structure are analyzed detailedly, and logistic model which fits university scientific research management was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. In addition, it puts forward a series of the whole scheme of scientific research management system which bases on internet adapts large database development.the design of this system adapts new internet/intranet techonlogy and it can make us gather and share the whole provincial university scientific research information.lt studies and establishes oology structure and using platform of our provincial university scientific research management system, In addition,it also designs and formulates the system at the experimental unit(the scientific research department of NEAU).The scientific research management information system of NEAU is one part of the network information management system.

本课题采用基于客户／服务器和三层结构的ASP技术，在系统调研、需求分析的基础上，给出了基于互联网的省高校科研管理系统的设计目标、任务和原则；本系统的开发遵循完整性、通用性、实用性、先进性和开放性的原则，采用较为先进的结构化系统分析方法对数据流程、数据结构进行详尽的分析，制定一个适合高校科研管理的逻辑模型；提出一套基于互连网络的、采用大型数据库开发的科研管理系统的整体方案；系统设计采用Internet／Intranet全新技术，可做到全省高校科研信息集成与共享；研究制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的拓扑结构及应用平台，利用试点单位，设计和制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的功能结构和信息资源结构。

Hypercube has many advantages, such as smaller diameter, simple routing algorithm, many parallel paths between any two nodes, and fault-tolerance, on the other hand that the Hypercube nodal degree increased logarithmetically to the number of nodes has limited network population. So we propose a constant nodal degree hierarchical topology to remedy the weakness of Hypercube and take advantages of Hypercube most. Given the definition of FCCN we analyse the basic properties including nodal degree , number of links , extensibility and diameter (maximum network communication delay). Also we proposed a simple and self-routing algorithm applied in FCCN. Although the self-routing algorithm is not optimal, but at more than 82% case it can get the shortest path, and the percent is larger and larger increased with network levels. By the self-routing algorithm the internodal distance is calculated to evaluate the network communication delay more clearly. The average internal distance is in order of the cubic root of the network population that is almost same as logarithmetically relation in a few thousands. FCCN is a highly scalable network due to its recursive construction.

首先在比较了基本互连网络的基础上，看到超立体网络的杰出性能，包括网络直径小、寻路算法简单且为自寻路算法、容错能力好等等，但是由于其节点度随网络的规模的增加而按对数关系增长，使得超立体网络的应用规模受到极大限制，所以为了能最大限度利用超立体网络的优点的同时弥补其节点度方面的不足，作者提出了节点度等于常数4的FCCN网络结构，来最多地利用立方体网络的优点；然后在对FCCN网络进行严格的定义后，分析了网络的节点度、链路数、延伸特性、网络的直径（决定网络的最大通讯延迟）等，并提出了适于FCCN网络的简单的自寻路算法，计算自寻路算法可得到最短路径的比例，看到在多于82％以上的情况自寻路算法都是最优的，而且比例随网络层数的增加而增加；应用所提出的自寻路算法计算了可以更加准确反映网络通讯延迟的参数—网络平均节点距离，计算得到此参数与网络大小的立方根成正比，此比例关系在网络的规模在几千节点以内与对数关系的网络几乎一样；FCCN网络是一高度可扩展结构，这是因为FCCN的递归构成方式，使得网络在增加节点时其原有的拓扑结构可以保持不变，不需对网络进行重新设计，为网络的实用扩展提供了条件；理论分析得出FCCN网络是一种高度可扩展高性能网络的结论。

The invention discloses an elastic sectionalization ring address binding method in the network transmission technological domain, which is characterized by the following: realizing the binding of RRP ring node MAC address and IP address through ATD frame in the extended RPR protocol; without adding extra system resource consumption; converging rapidly for topology after the RPR looped network occurs switching; providing address binding information for over three layered report to transfer and utilize.

本发明涉及传输网络技术，公开了一种弹性分组环地址绑定方法，使得在不增加额外系统资源消耗的情况下实现RRP环节点MAC地址和IP地址的绑定，并且在RPR环网发生倒换后，拓扑可快速收敛。本发明中，通过扩展RPR协议中的ATD帧，在广播ATD帧的同时携带MAC地址和IP地址绑定的信息，实现所有RPR环节点的MAC地址和IP地址的绑定，该地址绑定信息可供三层以上报文转发使用。

All the ways such as VLAN, export router, IPv6, security policy, hardware firewall, anti virus software of net work-edition and management of information security are applied to the project to implement the optimization and revamps of campus network topology structure and the updating of the overall performance.

以青岛职业技术学院校园网二期改造工程为背景，根据国际化标准，研究了校园网设计原则，在分析了学院校园网一期工程性能缺陷和示范院校建设新需求的基础上，从功能扩展、网络安全及管理等各个方面进行了整体方案设计，详细研究了网络各层设计及设备选型，采用VLAN、出口路由处理、IPv6技术、安全策略、硬件防火墙、网络版防病毒软件以及各种信息安全管理等技术与手段，实现了校园网络拓扑结构的优化改造和整体性能的升级。
