Exogen ous c-fos antibody could decrease the area density ratio of bFGF mRNA to 4.60± 0.86 at the first day post-burn. The bFGF mRNA expression was increased little without significant difference after exogenous treatment with bFGF. Treatment of c-fos antibody could significantly decrease the expression of PCNA. Through th e re-epithelial process was almost completed at 14th d post-burn, the thicknes s of basal cells was thinner than that in controls.

给予外源性c-fos抗体能抑制bFG F mRNA的表达，伤后1 d其mRNA表达的面密度降为4.60±0.86，伤后14 d创面皮肤虽然基本完成了再上皮化过程，但其基底细胞排列成薄层细胞，PCNA数密度明显低于对照组，同时皮肤全层变薄。

The present study explored the effects of morphine on plasticity of spinal cord in three parts as follows: 1. the effects of morphine on dorsal root terminal in spinal lamina Ⅱ of spared root rat---- a quantitative study by FRAP histochemistry; 2. the effects of morpnine on synaptic reinnervation in spinal lamine Ⅱ of spared root rat----an EM quantitative study and 3. the effects of morphine on collateral sprouting of nerve fiber in spared root of rat----an EM quantitative study

本课题从三个方面探讨了吗啡对脊髓可塑性的影响：1、吗啡对备用根大鼠脊髓Ⅱ板层背根终末的影响——抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶组化定量研究；2、吗啡对备用根大鼠脊髓Ⅱ板层突触重建的影响——电镜定量研究；3、吗啡对大鼠备用根神经纤维侧支出芽的影响——电镜定量研究。

The C atom in ideal graphite crystals is hybridized in sp^2 orbital and forms covalent bonds with adjacent 3 other C atoms. The graphite crystals consist of stacks of parallel hexagonal net planar layers. These layers are integrated with Van der Waals attraction.

The results indicate that the flow stress of the alloy increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing deformation temperature. The flow stress increases with increasing strain until the stress reaches the peak value, then the flow stress remains constant, which indicates that dynamic recrystallization happens during deformation. The flow behaviors are described by the hyperbolic sine constitutive equation, and the activation energy calculated is 337.75 kJ/mol. The as-forged microstructure consists of refined α2/γ and γ grains, and the grains are much homogeneous than before. The B2 phase distributes uniformly at the grain boundary of α2/γ and γ grains. The B2 phase decreases with increasing deformation temperature.

结果表明：流变应力随着应变速率提高和变形温度降低而增大；在变形过程中，流变应力随着变形量增大而增大，当流变应力达到峰值后趋于平稳，表明合金在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶；热变形过程的流变应力可采用双曲正弦本构关系来描述，平均激活能为337.75 kJ/mol；从合金的组织演化过程中可以看出，合金中不均匀的原始组织得到明显均匀化，变形后的组织是由α2/γ层片晶团和γ晶粒组成的双态组织，在α2/γ层片晶团和γ晶粒的晶界交界处发现分布均匀的B2相，并且随着变形温度升高B2相数量逐渐减少。
