The paper summerizes several general pratical new techniques, such as the analyzers of program profiles, maximum potential parallelism, array privatizability, loop parallelism; the visualizers of the statement data dependence graph, procedural callgraph, loop iteration space graph and interactive tools of array privatization and unimodular transformation; the automatic techniques of array privatization combined data dependence and coverage, the computation of parallelizing unimodular transforming matrix for mult-nested loops, enhanced unimodular transformation with array reduction recognition, non-loop level parallelism revealing technique, dynamic dataflow analysis and optimization of cross-loop local cache reuses, etc.

本文从而概括了若干具有一般性的实用新技术，如：程序计算量分析、最大潜在并行性分析、数组私有化分析、循环并行性分析等动态程序分析技术；语句数据相关图、过程调用图、循环迭代空间相关图、交互数组私有化、交互幺模变换等可视化语义交互分析变换技术等等；总结了若干自动并行化新技术，如：结合相关和覆盖的数组私有化方法、对多层嵌套循环计算幺模并行化变换矩阵的循环幺模变换方法、结合数组规约识别增强幺模变换的技术、发掘非循环级并行性的技术、动态数据流分析技术、优化利用循环间Cache数据局部性的技术等等。

In this article, we used automotive immunohistochemical stainer to check the expressions of HBsAg and HCV antigens in 100 cases of HCC and their adjacent tissues, mean while, we checked their histological activity index and hepatic fibrosis degree. We also used radioimmunoassay to detect serum levels of 4 serum fibrosis markers and serum AFP levels in these cases. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry were used to check the T-cell subpopulations and the activity of NK cells of these 100 cases. Then the correlations among these factors were studied.

本文采用全自动免疫组化仪对100例肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的HBsAg、HCV抗原表达进行了标记，同时对其进行肝组织活动指数、纤维化分期；同时采用放射免疫测定方法检测同期血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白等四项血清肝纤维化标志物和血清甲胎蛋白水平；采用免疫荧光标记技术和流式细胞仪对T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性测定，对各项指标的相关性进行系列对比研究。

In our experimental results, we have transferred the GaAs solar cells from GaAs substrates onto the mirror-coated copper substrates with the base layer thickness of 1.5 μm. The photovoltaic performance of the orginal GaAs solar cell on a GaAs substrate was also measured. Under AM1.5G and without anti-reflective coatings conditions, it is found that the Jsc can increase from 12.6 mA/cm2 to 13.82 mA/cm2, while the conversion efficiency can improve from 7.91% to 8.53%. As a result, the enhanced Jsc and η data of the GaAs solar cells can be contributed by the AuGe/Au mirror between the GaAs solar cell and copper substrate.

在实验验证方面，本实验室将砷化镓太阳电池由砷化镓基板转移至铜基板上，在基极厚度1.5 μm、AM 1.5G、以及元件未披覆抗反射膜的条件下，短路电流密度可由12.6 mA/cm2提升至13.82 mA/cm2，增加9.7%，而转换效率则可由7.91%提升为8.53%，这结果显示当砷化镓太阳电池基极底部镀有金属反射层时，的确能适度地提升太阳电池的短路电流密度及转换效率。

By the B3LYP calculation of DFT, the difference in changes of energy and charge of ion probe C〓 and C〓 interacting with hBN and graphite respectively and the difference in frontier orbital energy level reveal difference in electroaffinity of hBN and graphite. It could be indicated that hBN only shows weak electropositivity, and will not be able to accept electrons from metal.

根据密度泛函B3LYP方法的计算结果，从六方氮化硼与石墨的前线轨道能级和两者对离子探针的作用能及C〓和C〓的电荷变化不同所表现出的在电亲和性上的差异，揭示了金属难以插入六方氮化硼层间的原因是六方氮化硼仅显弱的电正性，不能接受金属转移来的电子。

The activities in different sections of the Gaoqing fault in the Huagou gas field were analyzed using 3D seismic data. The activities of the fault segment associated with the Huagou gas field were strong during the Guantao\|Minghuazhen period, while the activities on east and west sides of the gas field were weak at that time. The Huagou gas field is well corresponding to the strong activity segment of the Gaoqing fault on the plane. The process of gas migration in the Huagou reservoir is divided into two phases:(1)After mantle\|derived magmatogenetic gas including CO2, N2, and He entered the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated to the top of the fault by the action of buoyancy or pressure, then the gravitative differentiation occurred. For the top of the fault is closed and both sides of fault is sealed, the gas assembled to some degree in the Gaoqing fault;(2)When gas was accumulated at a large scale in the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated towards the reservoirs along the two sides of the fault and was accumulated in sandstone.

利用三维地震资料，对济阳坳陷花沟CO2气藏区高青断裂走向上不同区段的活动性进行了分析，指出：花沟CO2气藏所对应的高青断裂区段，在馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期活动性强，而气藏的东、西两侧，馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期断裂基本上不活动；花沟CO2气藏与馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期高青断裂活动性强的区段在平面上有着良好的对应关系；花沟CO2气藏的运聚过程分为2个阶段，在第1阶段，幔源岩浆成因的CO2、N2和He等气体进入高青断裂后，在浮力或压差作用下向断裂顶端运移，并发生重力分异，由于断裂顶端封闭、两侧封堵，CO2、N2和He等气体在高青断裂中实现了一定程度的聚集，而在第2阶段，当CO2、N2和He等气体在断裂中聚集到一定程度，便在压力驱动下向断裂两侧砂岩储层运移，并在其中聚集成藏。

Main results are given as follows:(1) By means of the parameterization of convective gustiness, the mesoscale enhancement of surface fluxes is included in CAM3, thus, the parameterization scheme of sea surface turbulent fluxes in CAM3 is improved.

本文通过对流性阵风参数化方法，在CAM3原有海气湍流通量参数化方案(CAM3方案)中引入边界层自由对流和降水深对流对海表湍流通量的贡献，改进了CAM3模式的海气湍流通量参数化方案(CAM3 ME方案，简称ME方案)。
