Arc-glow plasma depositing technique is a new surface coating method. With the help of vacuum arc discharge, a cold cathode arc source continually emits ion beams of coating elements with high currency density and high ionizing ratio.Upon the ion bombard and diffusion work on, the surfaces of the parts form deposited layers, diffusion layers. In this study, a commercial magnesium alloy AZ91 was coated with Ti film layer.

加弧辉光离子渗镀技术将辉光放电与弧光放电有机地结合起来，利用辉光放电空心阴极效应使工件迅速升温，同时在真空容器壁上设置一个或多个金属阴极电弧靶源，利用真空电弧放电而不断地发射出高能量、高电流密度、高离化率的欲渗金属离子流，依靠扩散和离子轰击作用快速渗入工件表面层，在工件表面可以形成渗层、镀层、渗镀结合层。

The sixth part: Studies on the dynamic changes of soil retention function value of ecosystem in YUYANG District. Utilized ERDAS8. 5 to interpret the remote sensing image and get LUCC data and vegetation information of YUYANG District. Utilized R2V5. 5 to digitize administrative map, topographic map, vegetation picture, soil distribution map and meteorological website map. Utilized ARCINFOR8. 3 to change every digitization layer to the same projection, to generate Tyson polygon, to structure DEM and do vector polygon overlay. Utilized ARC VIE W3. 3 to obtain the grid data topographic slope and slope length from DEM data of YUYANG District, and then, turned every coverage layer into grid layer and do grid polygon overlay to gain data about dynamic changes of value of soil retention of ecosystem in YUYANG District, at last, the author analyzed the features of the spatial-temporal changes and its reason.The seventh part: Studies on the dynamic changes of fixing drifting sand against wind function value of ecosystem in YUYANG District.

第六部分：榆阳区生态系统土壤保持功能价值动态变化研究；利用ERDAS8.5对遥感数据进行解译获得榆阳区土地利用数据和植被信息，利用R2V5.5数字化榆阳区政区图、地形图、植被图、土壤分布图及气象站点分布图，利用ARCINFOR8.3对各数字化图层进行投影转换、泰森多边形生成、DEM构建和叠加分析，利用ARCVIEW3.3从DEM数据中获取榆阳区的坡度、坡长面域数据，并将上述各图层格网化，然后通过栅格图层叠加分析和代数运算获取榆阳区生态系统土壤保持功能物质量和价值量时空动态变化数据，最后分析了其变化的时空特点及形成原因。

Directly reading the 210-layer of 0.65-mm-thick consecutive CT Dicom format images of human body thoracolumbar making use of 0.625-mm isotropous resolution thin layer scanning technique into the Mimics. Defining bone organization threshold, withdrawing each outline, partitioning each edge of layer picture, edited selectively and repaired by hole processing. After a redundancy data was cleaned, the thoracolumbar 3-D finite element geometry model was acquired. Then area mesh could be kept as the document Ansys named .lis as the suffix and be introduced into Ansys software directly to mesh body, and then transferred the body mesh to mimics to assignment son the basis of CT values, once again import Ansys to establish 3-D finite element model.

将以各向同性分辨率0.625 mm薄层扫描所得的层厚0.65 mm人体胸腰段连续断层210层Dicom格式CT图像，直接读入Mimics后界定骨组织阈值、提取各层面轮廓线、图像边缘分割、选择性编辑及补洞处理，去除冗余数据，三维化处理后获得胸腰段三维几何面网格模型，将其保存为后缀名。lis的Ansys文件，直接导入Ansys有限元分析软件进行体网格划分，再将体网格转入Mimics根据CT值给予赋值，再次导入Ansys生成有限元模型。

Ti/Ni/Au multilayers have been deposited by electron beam evaporation, to metallize CVD diamond wafers. The effect of pre-treatment and post-treatment on adhesion of the multi-layers to the substrates was investigated, and it was found, introducing a pre-fire at elevated temperatures, the adhesion could be improved significantly.

利用电子束蒸镀实现了Ti/Ni/Au多层膜在CVD金刚石膜上的金属化，并研究了预处理和后处理工艺对多层膜在基底上结合的影响，发现高温预处理对多层膜和基底的结合有明显的改善。

In the second part of this work, a computor program is developed to calcalate〓L〓energy levels, reduced matrix elements, crystal field energy levels, oscillator strengths of f-f transition and theoretical f-f absorption spectra of f-ions. The calculation results of the f-f absorption spectra of Nd in water coordination sphere and H di (2-ethylhexyl phosphinic acid coordination sphere with different symmetric structure are shown and compared with observed spectra.

We suppose that there is a presently undefined subfraction of stem cell population that exists in a number of tissues beyond embryonic development. We term them postembryonic pluripotent stem cells. They differ from embryonic stem cells in that they gradually lose some differentiation potentials during development and adopt some special phenotypes once within a certain tissue. They can give rise to different kinds of stem cells; therefore, help to maintain balance during development and metabolism. They provide cells not only for the damaged tissues they reside, but also for damaged tissues different from them by migration triggered by proinflammatory cytokines or growth factors.

结果发现花药绒粘层在二分体时期发生异常，小孢子在单核前期开始败育，至单核后期完全解体，花药发育后期不育系药腔中只观察到少量的小孢子残体，花药壁的四层细胞依然存在，绒粘层细胞已经彻底液泡化，占据了药腔的整个空间，花粉成熟期不育系花药维管束消失。
