It is concluded that, first, geochemical data of the surface soils can clearly distinguish two kind of soils, that is, juvenile soils, for example, purple soils, which inherits most geochemical characteristics of the parent rocks or materials, and anthropic soils, the geochemical characteristics of which have been greatly changed as the results of intensive impact from variety of agricultural uses. Second, different soils have typical indicator elements association respectively due to different parent rocks or materials and utilization, such as purple soils, yellow soils (low alkali and alkaline-earth metal contents and pH value), paddy soils (high organic element and heavy metal elements contents) and fluvo-aquic soils (high rock-forming accessory mineral elements contents) and so on. Consequently, it can be suggested that elements association is an important indicator for two key factors (parent materials and anthropic activities) of soil classification. Third, some differences exist between soil genesic classification and result of cluster analysis, because geochemical characteristics of surface soils can not completely represent the foundation applying to soil genesic classification, that is, condition and process of soil-forming, and soil property.

结果表明：浅层土壤的地球化学数据能较好地用来区分两类土壤，即紫色土一类的幼年土壤（在很大程度上继承了母岩、母质的地球化学特征）和受强烈人为活动水耕、早耕熟化的土壤（外来物质的不断加人显著地改变了浅层土壤原有的地球化学性质）；(2)各类土壤因母岩母质和利用方式不同，各具明显的标志性元素组合特征，如紫色土、黄壤（低碱和碱土金属元素和pH值）、水稻土（高有机元素、肥料元素和重金属元素）和潮土等，因此，这些元素组合是土壤分类两个要素的重要参照系；(3)浅层土壤的地球化学特征不可能完整地体现成土条件、成土过程和土壤属性这三个发生分类依据，因此，聚类分析结果与发生类型之间存在一定的差异。

Moreover, the pre-treatment and post-treatment processes for the steel sheet subject to continuous zinc plating were also discussed. Results showed that the alkaline zincate plating process had many advantages over conventional alkaline cyanide zinc plating process, including high current efficiency, good throwing power, and strung adhesion strength of the coating.

结果表明，该工艺电流效率高（锌离子含量16~24g/L时，电流效率可提高约20%，镀液均镀能力好（宽度为1m的镀锌薄板，中心点厚度与边缘厚度差不大于10%，镀层结合力优良（将试片180°任意弯曲，镀层无起皮、剥落现象；在烘箱中加热至180-200℃，保温60min，冷水中急剧冷却，镀层无突起、鼓泡、剥落现象），所镀得的镀锌薄钢板适合于钝化和彩涂等后处理。

Results The eyeball distorted, intraocular structure disordered and vision lost severely in 3 eyes. Epithelial plugs were found in superficial layer of stroma and Bowman's layer broke and displaced in three cases. Healing and gap of incision presented 29 days after RK in 1 case. There were incision scar, collagen disarrangement and epithelial island in deep incision more than 2 years following RK in two cases, descent's layer broke in 1 case.

结果3例眼球严重变形，眼内结构紊乱，视力丧失。3例角膜浅层切口有上皮栓形成，前弹力层断裂错位；1例术后29d的切口部分愈合部分缝隙存在；2例术后2a以上的切口瘢痕化，胶原纤维排列紊乱，深层切口有上皮岛；1例后弹力层断裂。

1 Day after injury ruptured capillary could be seen in ganglion cell layer, 4 weeks after injury cells in each layer arranged sparsely and disorderedly, in some RGCs chromatin became dense, 8 weeks after injury the cells in each layer became fewer and large amount of RGCs without nucleus could be seen.

3光镜下伤后1 d视网膜神经节细胞层出血，伤后4周视网膜各层细胞稀疏、排列欠整齐，GCL散在核染色质浓集、边聚的节细胞，伤后8周视网膜各层细胞明显减少，GCL内大量空化节细胞。

The embryonic vessels failed to invade into the labyrinthine layer of placenta, which impaired the embryonic-maternal vascular connection. These defects could not be rescued by wild-type tetraploid blastocysts, excluding the possibility that they were due to the extraembryonic tissues.

But the agglomerations sizes will be dramatically reduced to 180μm from 720μm when the SPL is above 130dB. A new technique for selective plugging and acidizing oil wells is presented based on the principle of temporary plugging and acidizing in which selective plugging agent is first injected to block high permeable zones, then acid is injected to acidize low perlmeable and contaminated ones.

针对暂堵酸化技术存在的问题，提出了一种油井选堵酸化的新技术，即在注酸前注入选堵剂封堵高渗透水层，然后注入酸液以酸化低渗透层和污阻部位。研制了符合最终堵水不堵油要求的选堵剂，描述了这一新技术的机理。通过模拟试验，考察了新型选堵剂的选堵效果、封堵强度及酸化转向率等。

From the results, the extraction was optimized by using microwave-assisted derivatization at 300 watt for 3 sec with methyl chloroformate/methanol derivatization reagent and sample solution in the ratio of 2:1, and then extraction 30 min.
