According to the analysis theory of spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system, the effect of voided slab induced by deteriorations of cement asphalt mortar layer, such as felt invalidation, dehiscence, embrittlement and cataclasm, etc, on vibration responses of the slab track was studied.

摘 要：基于高速列车-板式轨道系统空间振动分析理论，研究板式轨道水泥沥青砂浆填充层的劣化(如脱层、开裂、脆化与碎裂等)引起的轨道板悬空现象对板式轨道振动响应的影响。

For household users to establish simple antifreeze dilution disposal ways of applying gender-controlled embryo freezingly-preserved technique by one-step vitrification dilution method,A,B,and C structure approaches of liquid layers in canaliculi were applied to investigate their survival capacity after embryos freshly-split by one-step dilution;and minimum capacity refrigerant method in specific canaliculus and above structure approach of liquid layer B were also applied to compare their survival capacity of frozen and melted embryos freshly split,and frozen and melted IVF embryos splited by one-step dilution.

为了创立在用户庭院就能应用的玻璃化保存性别控制胚胎的冷冻剂稀释处理方法，采用细管内3种不同液体层构成法，对新鲜分割胚一步法稀释后的存活能力进行了研究；其次用特定细管最小容量冷却法与上述3种不同液体层构成中效果较好的B法对玻璃化冷冻溶解的新鲜分割胚、体外受精分割胚及冷冻溶解的体外受精分割胚进行一步法稀释后的存活能力予以对比。

The results show that, foamed acid possesses some characters such as low density, flowback easily, water plugging, selectively blocking up, corrosion control, reaction control, esc. Then foamed acid was especially fit for gas wells, reacidizing wells, wells of prominent interlamination antinomy between layers, wells containing water and oil in a same layer, esc.

我们报告一个病人在躯干有多个类似脂漏性角化症病灶，病理显示角化过度、棘层肥厚、有乳突瘤状增生以及上层表皮有棘层松解，与国外文献报告雷同，然而首次报告於台湾落叶性天庖疮病人。

2.2钝化膜的粘附强度：检验有色钝化膜的粘附强度时，可用一块软质橡皮在镀层表面摩擦2至3秒钟，镀层膜上应无刮伤痕迹。

The results showed that the TiN andN films are polycrystalline phase. The properties and structure of TiN films are mainly determined by the N2 mass flow rate, and as the N2 mass flow rate increases, the structure of the TiN films transforms to f.c.c. type leading to better the properties of films. The presence of negative bias voltage can optimize the grain of TiN films, lower the defect proportion and denser the films, which improves the hardness of films. The TiN films conform to the free carrier absorption mechanism and there are many of free electrons with lower N content in TiN films. With the increase of N content, the quantity of free electrons and reflectivity of films decrease, and the plasma frequence shifts to the lower energy, which leads to the regular change of colors of films from silver, yellowy, golden to yellow-red, meanwhile the lightness of films decreases. The goldenN film consists of TiN and ZrN phase, but belongs to a sigle f.c.c. structure with (111) preferred orientation. The Zr-doping dosen't change the position of the valance band, conduction band and forbidden band ofN film, but leads to the presence of new energy levels, which is the reason thatN film remains golden. The transparent hard films with good corrosion resistance and high hardness have been prepared and the further reseachs showed that the grain size of those films is by far smaller than the wave length and the width of forbidden band of those films is very broad, is the reasons that those films are transparent.

研究表明：氮化钛和N 薄膜为多晶态，氮流量决定了氮化钛薄膜的结构和性能，增加氮流量能使氮化钛薄膜的结构向面心立方结构转变，从而得到性能良好的氮化钛薄膜；施加负偏压能优化氮化钛晶粒和减少薄膜中的缺陷，使膜层变得更致密，从而提高薄膜硬度；氮化钛主要遵循自由载流子光吸收，氮含量较少时薄膜中的自由电子数目较多，随着氮含量的增加，薄膜中的自由电子数目不断减少，反射率逐渐降低，等离子体频率向低能端移动，从而使薄膜颜色出现规律变化，由金属色银白色到淡黄、金黄再到红黄，并且薄膜亮度呈下降趋势；金黄色的N 薄膜中存在TiN 和ZrN 的分离相，但其为单一的面心立方结构并具有(111)面择优取向；相对于TiN 薄膜，Zr 掺杂后，并没有使薄膜的导带、价带和禁带发生变化，只是在TiN 禁带内增加了新能级，这也正是掺杂Zr 后，薄膜仍

RESULTS: Transplanted AS had a favorable fusion between tissue-engineered skin and self-skin on the 3rd day after grafting with a few of ingrowths of capillaries.

结果：AS组在移植第3天，移植的组织工程皮肤与自体皮肤能够很好地融合，有少量毛细血管长入移植物，皮肤移植物颜色与自体皮肤颜色接近；随着时间的延长，移植物中毛细血管的数量逐渐增多，表皮层清晰可见基底层、棘细胞层、颗粒层和角质层，角化现象加强，有角化物脱落；真皮层细胞数量增多，网架逐渐降解，分泌的细胞外基质成份增多；第14天，创面基本愈合；修复区皮肤颜色与正常皮肤颜色非常接近，瘢痕很小，无需进行二次植皮。

To prepare the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody, We chosen 10-amino acid including Ser183 as antigen peptide through antigenicity and hydrophobicity analysis, hinged on keyhole limpet hemocyanin, and used the KLH-peptide to immunize rabbits. After antibody serum titer detection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the antibody was purified with rProtein A sepharose fast flow and dephosphorylated antigen membrane. The antibody titrate reached 1:10 000 after purification and its special property was enhanced with absorption treatment of dephosphorylated antigen membrane. In addition, we used rabbit anti-PRAS40 antibody and the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody to detect PRAS40 expression in several cell lines, including the normal cells HL7702, HEK293, tumor cells HepG2, A549 and S180. There were no quite difference among these cells; otherwise, we observed the decreased phosphorylation level of Ser183 after amino acid withdrawal treatment.

为了制备PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化多克隆抗体，本实验通过蛋白疏水性抗原性分析设计多肽抗原，用其免疫家兔获得抗血清， ELISA检测其效价为1：10 000； Western blotting法检测发现，通过rProtein A Sepharose亲和层析纯化并经非磷酸化的抗原条吸附处理后的抗体可以明显提高磷酸化抗体的特异性；用PRAS40抗体及PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化抗体对正常细胞HL7702、HEK293及肿瘤细胞HepG2、A549、S180的检测显示：磷酸化的Ser183在不同细胞中表达差异不显著，而在经细胞饥饿处理的HEK293细胞中却明显观察到了S183磷酸化水平随氨基酸含量降低而减弱的现象。
