The layered video decoding system comprises a base layer decoder for receiving and decoding a base layer video stream; and an enhancement layer decoder for receiving an enhancement layer video stream and the decoded base layer stream, and generating a decoded enhanced video output, wherein the enhancement layer decoder includes: a plurality of inverse discrete cosine transform /IDCT modules; and a selection system for selecting one of the IDCT modules.

According to drawing up isopach map of salt in The Kuche depression and isobath map of the top and bottom of salt bed, preliminarily determined the relationship between zhe distribution of the structure and thickness variation of zhe salt bed: the salt bed is relatively thin in the pocket basin, but thick in both sides of the structure belt.

通过编制库车坳陷盐层等厚度图及盐层顶、底面等深度图，初步确定了盐相关构造分布与盐层厚度变化之间的关系：盐层厚度在袖珍盆地较薄，而在两侧构造带厚度较大，盐层厚度较大的地区大致围绕袖珍盆地呈半环带状分布。

Supersequence lithofacies palaeogeography maps of Gaoyuzhuang and Wumishan formation in the study area are compiled on condition of supersequence used as drawing unit. This kind of map has some characteristics, such as isochronism, origin continuity and usability. It reveals the characterstic and evolution of lithofacies palaeogeography of different sedimentary period.

Combining with high resolution seismic data and log data, this paper makes a profound analysis of the space pattern and reservoir predictability of depositional system on oil and gas pools of honghaoersute sag.

Tectonic subsidence play dominant role in their geometric shapes, basin fillings, sequence evolution and sediment distribution in the Wushi Sag. Outline of the sequences are in shape of box-wedge or sheet-wedge and boundaries of sequences are varied from bilateral fault to monoclinal fault overlap, so that the sequences show distinct semigrabens which overlay in different ways. Seven sequences were formed in different stage of tectonic evolution. The sequence of SQ1 formed in initial rift stage and deposited alluvial sequence. Sequences SQ2-SQ4 developed in intense rift stage and sediment lacustrine sequence. Sequences SQ5-SQ7 formed in late period of rift before thermal subsidence and deposit mere and delta sediment. The place adjacent to the synsedimentary fault is the subsidence center and depocenter; meanwhile, controlling fracture migrates in horizontal made subsidence and sedimentary center of the sag changed.

This paper use H.264/AVC video transmission, which defines a set of three Profiles. Applications of the Baseline Profile include video telephony, video conferencing; applications of the Main Profile include television broadcasting and video storage; and the Extended Profile may be particularly useful for streaming media applications. H.264 proposes the idea of Network Abstraction Layer. The output of the encoding process of VCL data will be packeted into NAL units. The NAL will give the NAL units corresponding header information according the contents of the units.
