0 Polyglactin suture was used to sew the sides of the flap to the edges of the incised strictured urethra so as to admit a 24 Fr bougie without any resistance.

设计适当宽度和长度的皮肌筋膜皮瓣并转移至腹侧尿道，狭窄的尿道内放入Fr24尿道扩张器做为支架，用4/0可吸收缝合线将皮瓣和管口边缘缝合

Results:The patients had been followed up for 3～24 months,and the appearance and function of the new urinary meatus in 265 cases were satisfactory.

结果：随访6～24个月，其中，237例（79.1%）外观满意，排尿通畅，56例（18.6%）出现尿瘘，修补后均成功，7例（2.3%）出现尿道口狭窄，经尿道口扩张术后已治愈。

Methods Twelve patients who suffered from external orifice stricture were treated with urethral dilation, and we performed prophylactic urethrotomy just before operation on the latest 56 patients who underwent TUPKRP and strengthened local nursing after the operation.
