Results No patient died, TURS 5 cases, postoperative bleed 3 cases, temporary incontinence 6 cases, urine bladder neck crispation 3 case, the surgical operation rear row urine is difficult 3 case, urethral stricture 13 cases.

结果：本组无死亡病例，电切综合征5 例，继发性出血 3 例，暂时性尿失禁 6 例，膀胱颈挛缩 3 例，术后排尿困难 3 例，尿道狭窄 13 例。

Methods: One hundred and fourteen operations were performed for BPH patients, including transurethral resection/vapor of the prostate, inguinal herniorrhaphy, internal urethrotomy, transurethral resection of bladder tumor or vesical litholapaxy, and the data were reviewed.

Results in MUPP: We evaluated 43 patients with MUPP and manufactured some typical plots to diagnose some of the lower urinary tract disease, including BPH, functional bladder neck obstruction, detrusor-external sphincter dyssynergia, urethral stricture, the female stress incontinence, the female urethral meatal stenosis and so on.

Results 16 cases were successful in all patients(88.9%),except one case of urethrostenosis and urethral fistula respective.

结果18例患儿一次手术成功16例(成功率88.9%)，尿道狭窄、尿道瘘各1例，尿道狭窄患儿尿道扩张5个月好转，尿道瘘患儿术后8个月二次手术修补成功。
