Objective To study the effect of one-stage urethroplasty with transverse preputial island flap（Duckett's procedure）performed for hypospadias.

目的 探讨包皮横形岛状皮瓣一期成形术治疗尿道下裂的效果。

There are advantages including reliable blood supply of skin flap, satisfied appearance of formed cauda salax, convenient stuff, few complications, of urethroplasty with oblique preputial pedicled skin flap for treatment of hypospadia. It is an effective method to repair hypospadias of penile type and penile-scrotal type.

本术式具有皮瓣血运可靠、成形阴茎外观满意、取材方便、并发症少等优点，适合阴茎型、阴茎阴囊型及阴囊型尿道下裂的Ⅰ期修复。

Mathieu's operation is recommended for penile hypospadias. Onlay island flap or Duplay and Duckett's operation are recommended for proximal hypos padias. Bladder mucosal flap should be reserved for situations where the above a pproaches are not feasible.

阴茎头、冠状沟型的尿道下裂尽量采用MAGPI法；阴茎体型宜采用Mathieu法，而近端型宜采用Onlay island flap或Duplay+Duckett法；只有当材料没有或缺乏时才考虑膀胱粘膜法。
