Result: Unstable bladder in 9 cases(45%), low compliance bladder in 5 cases (25%), obstruction in the bladder outlet in 11 cases (55%), dyssynergia in detrusor muscle and external urethral sphincter in 7 cases (35%), unstable bladder with obstruction in the bladder outlet in 6 cases, low compliance bladder with obstruction in the bladder outlet in 4 cases , unstable bladder with dyssynergia in detrusor muscle and external urethral sphincter in 2 cases .

结果：不稳定性膀胱9例（45%），低顺应性膀胱5例（25%），膀胱出口梗阻11例（55%），逼尿肌尿道括约肌协同失调7例（35%），其中不稳定膀胱合并膀胱出口梗阻6例，低顺应性膀胱合并膀胱出口梗阻4例，不稳定膀胱合并逼尿肌尿道外括约肌协同失调2例。

Results in MUPP: We evaluated 43 patients with MUPP and manufactured some typical plots to diagnose some of the lower urinary tract disease, including BPH, functional bladder neck obstruction, detrusor-external sphincter dyssynergia, urethral stricture, the female stress incontinence, the female urethral meatal stenosis and so on.

一、MUPP检测结果：对43例有下尿路症状的病人进行了MUPP检测，制出了诊断下尿路疾病的典型图形，其中包括BPH、功能性膀胱颈部梗阻、逼尿肌-外括约肌协同失调、尿道狭窄、女性压力性尿失禁、以及女性尿道末端缩窄综合症等。

PCR,urethrascope or biopsy was applied to some patients.52cases were seminal vesiculitis,28cases were prostatitis,29cases were genital tuberculosis,26cases were adenoma of the posterior urethra,11cases were cyst of prostate and seminal vesicle,8cases were hemospermia of postintercourse,9cases were idiopathic.They were treated by medicine,operation and adjuvant ways respectively.5cases of epididymal tuberculosis underwent epididymectomy because of deficiency of medicine.2cases of adenoma of the posterior urethra after electrotomy recured,which underwent reoperation.

诊断 精囊炎52例，前列腺炎28例，生殖系统结核29例，后尿道腺瘤26例，前列腺和精囊囊肿11例，性交后血精8例，特发性血精9例，分别给予药物、手术或对症治疗。5例附睾结核药物治疗效果不佳而行附睾切除术，后尿道腺瘤行肿瘤电灼术后复发2例，再手术后短期未见复发。

A total of 130 hypospadiac patients hospitalized between January 1988 and December 2007 were followed up with questionnaires using Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale, Self-rating Anxiety Scale, a self-designed sexual function questionnaire and a 5-item version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). The surveys served to evaluate the effects of hypospadias type, number of operations and surgical procedures on sexual psychology, sexual behaviour and sexual function.

以问卷调查的形式对1988年1月至2007年12月间在我院行手术治疗的130例尿道下裂患者进行随访，采用Zung抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、自行设计的性功能调查表及IIEF–5分别对不同类型尿道下裂、经历不同手术次数及不同手术方式的患者进行性心理、性行为及性功能的评估，并与50例正常成人对照。
