尿结石

Objective To study the value and the accuracy of CT's diagnosis for ureteric calculus.

目的 ：讨论输尿内小结石 CT诊断的可靠性及诊断价值。

Methods Using three segmental region ultrasonography, 42 cases with ureterolithiasis without ipsilateral kidney hydrocele were confirmed by Xray, ESWL, urography, and combined treatment.

应用三分段区域扫查法，对42例经X线腹部平片、静脉尿路造影及体外震波碎石治疗或综合疗法排石证实的无同侧肾积水的输尿管结石进行检查。

Results The stone was completely expelled in 18 cases with slight complications (hematuria 1～2 days) after 1～2 more times ESWL ,6 cases failed and went to ureterolithotomy.

结果 18例粘连性结石经球囊导管扩张后剥离粘连，结合体外冲击波碎石1～2次后粉碎排净，并发症轻微，只有血尿1～2d，自行消失。6例失败改切开取石。

Methods Hydronephrosis with negative evidence of ureteral calculi were shown on intravenous urogram in 73 patients. Unenhanced spiral CT scan (2 mm) and urinary ultrasonography were required.

73例排泄性尿路造影(intravenous urogram， IVU)显示肾盂积水但未见结石的患者，均进行B超和螺旋CT平扫(2mm)，采用输尿管镜／钬激光碎石治疗。

结果：19例中仅6例首诊考虑该病，误诊率为68.4%，误诊为心绞痛5例，急性心肌梗死2例，急腹症2例，泌尿系结石2例，神经系统疾病2例。

Alkalinized by natrium hydroxydatum and diluted to measure concentration of uric acid.

收集结石患者24h尿液，用浓盐酸酸化和稀释处理后，用生化分析仪测定其中钙、磷浓度，再以氢氧化钠碱化和稀释后测定尿酸浓度。

Methods: Twenty four hours urine was taken from urinary calculus patients and acidified by concentrated hydrochloric acid and diluted, concentrations of calcium and phosphonium were measured by biochemical analyzer. Alkalinized by natrium hydroxydatum and diluted to measure concentration of uric acid.
