根据文献选择50例非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎患者，随机分为2组，分别给予司帕沙星、克拉霉素治疗，运用药物经济学的费用-效果分析方法进行评价。

结果：司帕沙星是治疗非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎较经济的药物。

For UU' s and CT' s gene copy femate more than mate. Conclusion Infected by UU and CT is the reason causing infecund and the can not bear. UU's infections rate is more than CT's. FQ-PCR is a mean use to diagnose infecund and the can not bear for Genital infection by UU or CT.

UU和CT是引起男女不孕不育的重要原因，UU感染率明显高于CT；FQ—PCR技术应用于诊治UU或CT泌尿生殖道感染引起的不孕不育简便、快捷、安全、可靠。

Elevation trend was shown in the drug resistance of mycoplasm, which should draw more attention in clinical practice. Antibiotics usage under the direction of Lab test should be recommended if it is possible.

本地区泌尿生殖道感染男性以Ng、Uu为主，女性以真菌和Uu为主，支原体对抗生素的耐药性呈上升趋势，应引起临床高度重视，有条件者尽可能在实验室的指导下使用有效抗生素治疗。
