Results:Part1: Mean serum EPO concentration of CRF patients showed significant lower than that of control. After transplantation, renal function recovered quickly while Hb level increased steadily in 37 patients with immediate graft function. Their EPO concentration increased significantly and double peaks of EPO level were obtained at day 4 and week 4. 4 cases in IGF suffered from post-transplant erythrocytosis. 结果：第一部分：尿毒症病人血清EPO浓度明显低于正常对照值。37例立即肾功能恢复者，SCr迅速下降，Hb上升，其血清EPO浓度在术后第4d形成第一个高峰，与术前和正常对照比较均有显著差异，其后开始下降，在术后4w时再次升高形成第二个高峰。4例IGF患者在术后16w左右发展为PTE，其EPO浓度值略增高，但与IGF组患者EPO水平无统计学差异；5例DGF患者术后无典型的双峰特点，EPO水平明显低于同时期IGF组，直到肾功能恢复后才逐渐升高。
