尿毒症

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis for uremic paticnts complicated with severe metabolic acidosis.

目的 观察血液透析抢救尿毒症伴严重代谢性酸中毒的疗效。

RESULTS: Bone histological examination showed predominant hyperparathyroid bone disease in 6 patients, mixed uremic osteodystrophy in 3 patients, low-turnover osteomalacia in 1 patient, and adynamic bone disease in 4 patients.

结果： 骨组织学检查的诊断出 6个患者有严重的骨组织形态学疾病，3个患者的混合尿毒症的骨发育不良，1个患者的低转动骨软化，和 4个患者的无力骨疾病。

Of the 60 patients, chronic nephritis 27 cases,acute serious nephritis 3 cases,essential hypertension 9 cases,diabetes 9 cases, multilocular cyst 6 cases,lupus nephritis 6 cases were enrolled. 60 CRF cases with four phase,including the phase of compensation of renal malfunction,the phase of no-compensation of renal insufficiency the phase of azotemia and the phase of renal failure,were divided into three groups.

CRF原发病为慢性肾炎27例、急进性肾炎3例、原发性高血压9例、糖尿病9例、多囊肾6例、狼疮肾6例，把这60例CRF患者根据中华内科杂志编委会肾脏病专业组于1992年6月在安徽太平举办的原发性肾小球疾病分型、治疗及疗效判定专题座谈会的标准分为四期第1期：肾功能不全代偿期、第2期：肾功能不全失代偿期、第3期：肾功能衰竭期、第4期：尿毒症期；本研究分为轻、中、重症（肾功能衰竭期及尿毒症期）3组来对照观察。

Objective To study the relationship between the apoptosis of lymphocytes and down-regulation of immunity in patients with uremia by examining the influence of serum of patients with uremia on apoptosis and expressions of Fas in cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy adult and the interventional function of VitE.

目的 通过观察尿毒症患者血清对培养的正常人淋巴细胞凋亡、Fas分子表达的影响以及VitE的干预作用，探讨淋巴细胞凋亡与尿毒症患者免疫功能低下的关系，并寻找防治对策。

采用Western ligand blot等方法，对随意进食组、尿毒症酸中毒组及其对照组尿毒症未合并酸中毒组、非尿毒症酸中毒组及其对照组无酸中毒组的大白鼠进行了血清IGFBP-1-4的测定，对UA、UB组肝脏IGFBPs mRNA进行了测定。

objective to investigate the existence of the erythropoiesis inhibitors.methods the present study included twelve undialyzed esrd patients with anemia.the sera from the uremic patients were added to cfu-e and bfu-e culture in the concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5%.in vitro cfu-e and bfu-e growth in the presence of sera from esrd patients was compared with in the presence normal human subjects with the use of normal mice bone marrows.results the effects of the sera from uremic patients on cfu-e and bfu-e colony growth in concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5% were investigated to be dose-dependent.the effect increased with the concentrations increasing of the sera（p＜0.05）.there were not significant inhibitory effect on the cfu-e and bfu-e growth of mice bone marrow in vitro from sera of the normal subjects.conclusion the erythropoiesis inhibitors exist in uremic sera which has a dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the growth cfu-e and bfu-e of normal mice bone marrow cells.

选择12例尿毒症肾性贫血未透析患者为试验组，另选正常健康体检者12例为正常对照组，将实验组、正常对照组血清分别稀释成不同终浓度，采用甲基纤维素细胞培养的方法对小鼠骨髓细胞进行培养，对比不同浓度血清组红系集落形成单位、红系爆式形成单位的集落数。结果在实验组中，与血清浓度为0的浓度组相比，与各浓度组血清共同培养的小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数均明显减少，且随血清浓度的增加，小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数逐渐减少，各浓度组间差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论尿毒症患者血清抑制小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成，随患者血清浓度的增加，抑制作用增强，具有剂量依赖性。

To selected 36 uremic patients who were treated in the blood purification center and kidney medical department of the Fourth hospital of Hebei medical university from January to October in 2006, which included 18 uremic patients who were treated with hemodialysis and 18 uremic patients who weren't dialyzed.

选取2006年1月至2006年10月在河北医科大学第四医院血液净化中心及肾内科治疗的尿毒症患者36例，其中常规血液透析的尿毒症患者18例，非透析的尿毒症患者18例。

This group was compared to 3 control groups: 6 uremic dogs which were sham dialyzed without dialysate so that no fall in the plasma urea occurred, and 12 uremic and 12 nonuremic animals that were not dialyzed.
