Methods: FOLFOX4 regimen was oxaliplation 100mg/m~2, 2 hours iv drop on d1 , calcium foliate 200mg iv drop 2 hours on d1.d2, followed by fluorouracil 400mg/m~2 iv on d1.d2 and fluorouracil 600 mg/m~2 iv drop d1.d2,and repeated every 2 week.

采用FOLFOX4方案，即L-OHP100mg/m2，静脉滴入2h，d1；CF200mg，静脉滴入2h，d1.d2；注射后立即静脉推注氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)400mg/m2，d1.d2；5-Fu600mg/m2持续静滴d1.d2；每2周重复，28天为1周期。2个周期化疗后进行疗效评价。
