尾矿

An SLon pilot continuous centrifugal concentrator (SLon pilot centrifugal concentrator) was used to study the effects of drum rotation speed and reciprocating velocity of water sprays on the separation performance of the concentrator under the optimum conditions of feed volume flow rate (24.5±0.4) L/min, feed solids content 20% and impacting pressure of water sprays 0.45 MPa, with the high gradient magnetic separation concentrate assaying 52.42% Fe from fine hematite tailings as test material.

摘 要：采用SLon实验型连续式离心机(简称SLon实验型离心机)，以高梯度磁选细粒赤铁矿尾矿得到的磁性产物(52.42% Fe)为试样，在给料体积速率为(24.5±0.4) L/min、给料固体浓度为20%和水束流冲击压力为0.45 MPa的条件下，研究转鼓转速和水束流往复速度对连续离心分离指标的影响。

Due to the finer size and little dense difference between Perovskite and Titanaugite, shaking table was employed as the main equipment of gravity separation. The ground products were screened four classifications. Some qualified tailings could be cast away in the coarser fractions, which could decrease disposal quantity of the next step-floatation.

对实际改性渣进行了选择性分离，基于相对较细的粒度和二者密度相差较小的事实，选择摇床为重选设备，并采用分级入选的方式，在较粗级别可抛弃部分合格尾矿，减少磨矿和下一步重选或浮选作业的处理量。

The ore sample tested was the tail of Pan-Zhi-Huan vanadic titanomagnetite after magneticseparation and froth flotation of the sulfides,with particle size minus 0.315mm and TiO_2 content 17.5-18%. A high-grade concentrate of 47.7% TiO_2 with a 67% recovery was abtained in a open circuit flotation (one roughing and two cleaning operation), using solely sulfuric acid as pH regulator.
