从肱骨到尺骨的三头肌是要使前臂从肘关节处伸直，屈肌则是使手肘弯曲。

Results The long term results of the vascularized fibular graft varied in different types of bone defects. Nine patients with congenital pseudoarthrosis of tibia had the limb function restored in 65％ and one had nonunion of fibular graft, 3 fractures(7 times), and 5 angular deformities. Three patients with congenital radial deficiency had 62％ restoration of the limb function. All of them showed early closure of epiphyses of the grafted fibulae. Five cases with osteomyelitis and bone defects combined soft tissue deficiency had 94％ restoration of the limb function, and only one occurred fracture of fibular graft. One case with soft tissue defect and concomitant ulnar defect, ulnar nerve and median nerve injury, 67％ function of limb was recovered, and union of fibula graft was good. 100％ function of limb was recovered in 1 case with cavernoma of radius and without occurring valgus deformity of donor site.

结果应用带血管腓骨移植修复骨缺损的远期效果因缺损类型的不同而存在较大差异。9例先天性胫骨假关节患者，术后肢体功能恢复65％，其中移植腓骨骨不连1例、骨折3例(7次)、成角畸形5例；3例先天性桡骨缺如患者，术后肢体功能恢复62％，3例术后均出现移植腓骨骨骺线早闭，畸形复发；5例骨髓炎、骨外露、骨缺损并软组织缺损患者，术后肢体功能恢复94％，仅1例发生移植腓骨骨折；1例前臂软组织缺损并尺骨缺损，尺神经、正中神经损伤者，术后肢体功能恢复67％，骨愈合顺利；1例桡骨海绵状血管瘤者，术后肢体功能恢复100％，骨愈合顺利。

Based on the Regan-Morrey classification, the choice of appropriate curative methods and early functional exercise are the keys to improving the therapeutic efficacy of fracture of ulna coronoid process.

以Regan-Morrey分型为指导，选择恰当的治疗方法和早期功能锻炼是提高尺骨冠突骨折治疗效果的关键。

METHODS: From June 2007 to March 2009, 8 patients with terrible triad of the elbow were treated. The fracture of the radial head was classified according to the system of Mason, with typeⅠ in 1 patients, type Ⅱ in 6 and type Ⅲ in 1; fracture of the coronoid process was classified according to the system of Regan and Morrey, with type Ⅰin 2 patients, type Ⅱ in 5, and type Ⅲ in 1. The hollow lag screws and Herbert screws were used to fixe coronoid process and radial head fractures, and repair Annular ligament. Lateral collateral ligament was repaired in 1 case. All injured extremities were treated with a posterior plaster splint with the elbow joint held in 90° of flexion and the forearm in neutral rotation for 2-3 weeks followed by elbow rehabilitation training.

于2007-06/2009-03共收治肘关节恐怖三联征患者8例，其中尺骨冠突骨折按 Regan-Morrey法分类：Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型5例，Ⅲ型1例；桡骨头骨折按Mason法分类：Ⅰ型1例，Ⅱ型6例，Ⅲ型1例。8例患者均采取了内固定治疗，采用中空拉力螺钉或Herbert螺钉固定冠突和桡骨头骨折，修补环状韧带，1例缝合修复肘外侧副韧带，术后屈肘90°旋前中立位，以塑形良好的高分子管型石膏固定两三周后开始屈伸和旋转康复训练。

Mm,humeroradial joint cavity 0.69±0.44 mm, proximal radioulnar joint cavity 0.90±0.56 mm, thethickness of joint cartilage (joint cartilage of humerus 1.15±0.35 mm, joint cartilage of ulna 1.04±0.16 mm, joint cartilage of radius 0.98±0. 17 mm) and the collateral ligament (thickness ofthe ulnar collateral ligament 1.38±0.42 mm, thickness of the radial collateral ligament 1.32±0.42 mm) were all measured.

结果：肱尺关节腔为0.70±0.44 mm，肱桡关节腔为0.69±0.44 mm，桡尺近侧关节腔为0.90±0.56 mm；关节软骨厚度，骨关节软骨厚度为1.15±0.35 mm，尺骨关节软骨厚度为1.04±0.16 mm，桡骨关节软骨厚度为0.98±0.17mm；侧副韧带：尺侧副韧带厚度为1.38±0.42mm，桡侧副韧带厚度为1.32±0.42mm。

Objective To study the effects of surgical treatment of comminuted intercondylar distal humerus fractures.

目的探讨肱骨髁间粉碎骨折经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定的疗效。

Methods 15 patients with comminuted intercondylar distal humerus fractures were operatively treated.

方法采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨、骨折复位解剖型双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎骨折15例。

Methods:The treatment of 18 cases with bone cysts was reviewed,which there were treated from January 2004 to February 2005. There were12 males and 6 females with an average age of 13 years?old. The bone cysts were located in the proximal humerus（n=9）,proximal femur（n=4）,proximal tibia（n=1）,distal tibia（n=1）,proximal ulna（n=1）,distal ulna（n=1）,and distal radius（n=1）.Under fluoroscopy, two fine bone marrow biopsy needls pierced the bone cysts from the top and the bottom of the cyst respectively.The intracystic fluid was drawn out,the cyst cavity was irrigated and then the tissue engineering complexation of autologous red bone marrow and methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronate was injected in percutaneously.

2004.1～2005.2月，对18例骨囊肿患者（男12例，女6例，平均年龄13岁；其中肱骨近端9例，股骨近端4例，胫骨近端1例、远端1例，尺骨近端1、远端1例，桡骨远端1例）以玻璃酸钠为载体抽取自体红骨髓加入甲基强的松龙，在X线透视下，将2根骨穿针经皮分别自囊腔顶部和底部刺入骨囊肿内，抽去囊液，冲洗囊腔后注入复合物。
