MethodsThe model of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice was established by decollation and ligating common bicarotid artery the effect of BVF on the survival time of the mice,and the time of catching their breath after mice decollated,and mouse brain capillary vessel permeability were observed.

方法采用小鼠断头、结扎双侧颈总动脉等脑缺血缺氧模型，观察苦菜总黄酮对脑缺血缺氧小鼠存活时间、断头小鼠喘息时间及脑毛细血管通透的影响

Methods The model of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice was established by decollation and ligating common bicarotid artery the effect of BVF on the survival time of the mice,and the time of catching their breath after mice decollated,and mouse brain capillary vessel permeability were observed.

ResultsBVF could remarkably lengthen the survival time of cerebral ischemia and anoxia mice, and the time of catching their breath after mice decollated,could evidently decrease mouse brain capillary vessel permeability and the content of MDA, increase activity of SOD in the brain tissues of cerebral ischemia and anoxia mice.

方法采用小鼠断头、结扎双侧颈总动脉等脑缺血缺氧模型，观察苦菜总黄酮对脑缺血缺氧小鼠存活时间、断头小鼠喘息时间及脑毛细血管通透的影响；TBA法、NBT法测定小鼠脑缺血缺氧后脑组织MDA含量和SOD活性。

However, there were a great number of inflammatory cells, epithelial proliferation, partial breakage and defluvium of the airway epithelium in the bronchus, below the vessel mucous membrane and around lung tissues in the model control group.

正常对照组小鼠气道无明显炎症改变；模型对照组小鼠支气管、血管粘膜下和周围肺组织有明显炎症细胞浸润、气道上皮增生、气道黏液增多、气道上皮部分断裂脱落；细胞移植组小鼠气道炎症明显减轻。

Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium.

结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显影响，无论是免疫组还是对照组，在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性细胞分布，两者无明显差异；在妊娠第3d时，对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达，阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上，经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中，iNOS表达则显著减少，整个内膜标记极弱，只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性细胞分布。

TW19 is a diterpene compound isolated from root derma of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. F.. Its effects on immune function in ICR mice and male fertility in SD rat, ICR mice and Kunming mice were evaluated. TW19 was administrated by oral garage for 5 weeks.

TWl9系从雷公藤根皮中提取分离出的一个二萜类化合物，本文比较了TWl9对SD大鼠、ICR小鼠和昆明种小鼠的雄性抗生育作用，以及对ICR小鼠免疫功能的影响。

Results: the results showed that extracts of Artemsia dracunculus L. at the dose of 7.5%,3.75%,1.875% 20 ml/kg.w, can cause a signficant increase of WBC (P.05), thymus index, spleen index,(P.05) phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of phagocyte,(P.05) the transformation rate of the spleen lymphocytes,(P.05) and the serum IL-2(P.05),serum hemolysin concentration 50%( P.05)in immunodepressed mice. Conclusions: extracts oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. can significantly enhance the non-specific, cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.

结果：与模型组比较，椒蒿挥发油各组均能升高小鼠外周血白细胞数(P＜0.05)；均能升高胸腺指数(P＜0.05)、脾指数(P＜0.05)；均能提高免疫受抑小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率，吞噬指数(P＜0.05)；均能升高脾淋巴细胞转化率(P＜0.05)；椒蒿挥发油各组血清IL-2值明显高于环磷酰胺对照组(P＜0.05)；椒蒿挥发油各组均可升高小鼠的血清半数溶血值(P＜0.05)。

Improvement for the dysmnesia of memory due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries of two sides were observed. Results FBD can improve the dysmnesia of mice induced by scopolamine, NaNO2, and 45% ethanol significantly, also dysmnesia due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries.

结果 FBD对由东莨菪碱所致的小鼠记忆获得障碍、亚硝酸钠所致的小鼠记忆巩固不良和45%乙醇所致的小鼠记忆再现障碍均有明显的改善作用；并可改善大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎所致的慢性脑部供血不足而产生的记忆障碍。

The mice inoculated with Coxiella burnetii intrana- sally developed interstitial pneumonia,while the primary pathological changes of mice inoculated intraperitoneally are granulomas in spleen and liver.2.The pathological changes became more severe followed the dosage increasing.3.Coxiella burnetii can be detected in spleen and liver at day 2 after inoculation.the lesion became more and more serious from day 2 to day 12.The characteristic changes were observed at day 7,and recovered at day 14. 4.The reticuloendothelial system are main target of Coxiella burnetii.The pathogen was detected in cytoplasm of monocyte -macrophages of spleen, liver, lung, and endothelioid cells of blood vessel. 5. Coxiella burnetii can be found in macrophages lysosomes by electron microscopy. Most of them are round or rod, and polymorphic shape can also be observed in different size.

结果：1、通过不同感染途径的实验证实，滴鼻感染的小鼠主要表现为间质性肺炎，而腹腔注射感染小鼠则以脾脏、肝脏肉芽肿为主要病变。2、通过不同剂量的感染实验发现，随着感染Q热立克次体剂量的加大，动物病变愈加严重。3、通过感染后不同时间的动态病理学观察发现，在腹腔注射后第2d的脾和肝脏即可发现病原体，主要脏器的病理变化从第2d到第12d逐渐加重，第7d动物的病变最典型，至感染后14d动物的受损器官已开始出现修复性变化。4、 Q热立克次体主要侵害机体的网状内皮系统，在感染小鼠的肝、脾、肺和外周血管单核巨噬细胞以及血管内皮细胞胞浆中查见病原体。5、透射电镜观察可见Q热立克次体主要位于巨噬细胞吞噬溶酶体内，呈多形性，多见圆形和杆状，大小不一。
