The small rat pulmonary tissue surface of Ⅱ group is no obvious abnormality by naked eye; pulmonary alveolus cavity can see sporadic erythrocyte and thin powder color liquid under the microscope. Two groups all have the capillary vessel of alveolar wall dilation and the endothelial cell hyperplasia and hypertrophy in different degree.

实验组不同浓度的蕨麻提取物对小鼠肺组织的影响不同，Ⅰ组小鼠肺组织表面肉眼见不同程度的散在点状出血、显微镜下肺泡腔内见散在红细胞；Ⅱ组小鼠肺组织表面肉眼无明显异常，显微镜下肺泡腔内见散在红细胞及淡伊红色液体，两组均见肺泡壁毛细血管扩张充血及毛细血管内皮细胞呈不同程度的增生肥。

Methods The mice were divided into four groups and then orally given soft capsule at doses of 0 .0g/kg.bw, 0.18g/kg.bw, 0.36g/kg.bw, 1.08g/kg.bw for a successive period of 30 days.The burden-swimming time , hepatic glycogen, serum urea nitrogen, lactic dehydrogenase of mice were observed. The mice were divided into four groups and then was orally given soft capsule at doses of 0 .0g/kg.bw, 0.18g/kg.bw, 0.36g/kg.bw, 1.08g/kg.bw for a succession of 21 days.

设立3个实验组，每天分别以0.18、0.36和1.08g/kg·bw剂量的软胶囊给小鼠灌胃一次，同时设立空白对照组，连续灌胃30d后，测定小鼠的负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、运动后血清尿素水平、血乳酸曲线下面积等指标，以测定其抗疲劳作用；每天以上述剂量给小鼠灌胃，同时设立一个辐射对照组，连续灌胃21d后，不同指标选择不同的照射剂量，各组均以同一剂量γ射线全身照射一次，照射后继续给予样品。

Saponins of Aralia elata Seem can mediate blood sugar and insulin level of normal rat at low degree, can debase blood sugar and enhance insulin level of restraining model rat remarkably, can cure high blood sugar.

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。
