The results showed that by using ethanol-alkali method to prepare cold-water-soluble starch, the impact of ethanol concentration and reaction time on the solubility of wheat granular cold-water-soluble starch was significant; the appropriate preparation conditions for wheat cold-water-soluble starch was on the reaction temperature of 65℃, ethanol concentration of 80 mL/l00 ml, reaction time of 80 min, alkali concentration of 10 g/100 ml, under this condition the solubility of the product was up to 81.44%.

结果表明：采用乙醇－碱法制备小麦颗粒状冷水可溶淀粉，乙醇体积分数和反应时间对产物溶解度的影响显著；小麦颗粒状冷水可溶淀粉的适宜制备条件为反应温度65℃，乙醇体积分数80%，反应时间为80min，碱浓度10g/100 ml，其溶解度可达81.44%。

Composition of low molecular weight glutenin subunits and gliadins were investigated with thirty common wheat cultivars which are widely grown in Shangdong province. In our study we used acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, analysed Sedimentation test, Protein content, Mixing time, Stability, Max-resistance to extension, Farinograph Quality Number and Extensogram area of the 30 common wheats. They have close relationship with the technology properties of noodle wheat cultivars.

本研究通过酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，分析了30个山东省种植面积较大且具有部分代表性的普通小麦品种的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成，测定了30个品种的蛋白质含量、沉淀值、面团形成时间、稳定性、粉质评价值、最大拉伸阻力和拉伸曲线面积等面粉及面团主要品质性状，分析了低分子量谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成与面条小麦品质性状的关系。

By using gene-family-specific primers, we found MADS-box, Ser/Thr protein kinase showed significantly differential expression patterns between reciprocal cross-fertilized kernels and their parents, indicating that MADS-box and ser/thr protein kinase may also play important roles in wheat heterosis.

Whether there is salt stress or not, the transpiration velocity of warm winter wheat cultivars NR9405 and Xiaoyan6 are smaller than that cold winter wheat cultivars of Shaan229 and RB6. These results indicate the lower canopy temperature of cold-type winter wheat is caused by the higher transpiration.
