In this experiment, we have got synthetic analysis on the quality features of oats and wheat. According to the result, we find that the quantity features such as the protein, lipoid, starch, fiber, vitamin, inorganic salt and minute elements are higher in oats than in wheat.

通过该实验对吉林省西部地区的燕麦和小麦的综合品质进行全面的评价、分析，根据品质测报的基础数据结果显示燕麦籽粒中的蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、纤维素、维生素以及无机盐与微量元素的含量均高于小麦，而且，燕麦中蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、维生素、微量元素的含量较均衡。

The eco-toxicity of Cu, Zn, Pb, and Cd in the single form was tested with four types of soils( red loam soils, meadow brown soils, chestnut soils, and dark brown soik) and their combined effect was determined with meadow brown soils.

测定了4种土壤(红壤、草甸棕壤、暗棕壤和栗钙土)条件下，Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd单一污染对小麦种子发芽与根伸长抑制率及其复合污染效应结果表明，同一浓度下，重金属对小麦根伸长抑制率均明显大于对种子发芽抑制率。

Results indicated that bar gene was integrated into wheat genome of T1 and T2 ,and bar gene expressed stably. Separation of bar gene in T1 and T2 complied with Mendel's law. Agronomic traits of yields and quality have no notable differences between bar-transgenic wheat and controls.
