小骨片

The biggest area was 18cm×13cm,and the smallest was 4.5cm×10cm.there were 6 cases osteomyelitis with bone exposure,4 cases muscle tendonexposure.donor-area direct suture or plant skin.resultsall flaps survived,several cases flap were fat and clumsy and need make them thin in second intention.conclusionthe clinical result of repairing soft tissue defects in lower part of shank, the foot, with antidromic island flap providing blood supply by suralis nerver is reliable.the operation is sinple, without sacrifice of major arteries, low infection to foot, convenient for application.

其中骨髓炎骨外露6例，肌腱外露4例。供区直接缝合或植中厚皮片。结果：术后皮瓣完全成活，个别病例术后较臃肿，待二期将皮瓣修薄。结论：应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足部创面的临床效果可靠，手术操作简便，不牺牲小腿主要血管神经，对足部影响较小，便于推广开展。

Results all of the 20 x-ray cases demonstrated the trabeculae bone hazy with pathy high density in the weight-supporting zone .all of the ct cases demonstrated the collapse of the femoral head. and the 4 cases demonstrated the high density, fragment of the femoral head and cystic lucency zone in the high density area and mixed density could be seen in 3 cases. the 4 mri cases demonstrated cystic hypointensity in t1wi and hyperintensity in t2wi. the 3 mri cases demonstrated mixed intensity in t1wi and t2wi,the 3 mri cases demonstrated irregular hypointensity with collapse of the femoral head in t1wi and t2wi.

结果 x线平片20 例，均表现为股骨头持重区骨小梁增粗且模糊不清，持重部位呈斑片状或斑点状密度增高影，本组均可见（占100%）。ct扫描20 例，平扫均表现为股骨头形态塌陷，其中显示高密度硬化4 例（占20%），股骨头碎裂，显示高密度区内有不规则透亮区，呈高低混杂密度改变有3 例（占15%）。mri扫描10 例， t1wi呈斑点状或小囊状低信号，t2wi为高信号，本组4 例，t1wi与t2wi均为不规则低、等、高混杂信号，本组3 例，股骨头塌陷、变形，t1wi与t2wi均为不规则形低信号3 例。

The osteogenesis of the bone in the defect area was observed by regular roentgenography, the histological changes of the bone defect tissue in 4th, 8th, 12th week after operation were studied and the new bone formation was measured by image analysis.

术后摄X线片观察各组不同时相骨缺损修复情况，并于术后第4、8、12周观察各组缺损内组织学变化，图像分析骨小梁的生成量。

X-ray examination demonstrated that at 4 weeks after implantation, some or even lateral intertransverse bridging regions were unclear, and material density in the repairing group was lower than control group; at 8 weeks after implantation, interspace between up and down bridging was shrunk, and a great quantity of calluses were successively formed; at 12 weeks after implantation, complete confluence was observed, and the density in the repairing group was closed to that in the control group.

结果：采用脱蛋白处理后的松质骨可见大小不等、相互交通、开放孔隙的网架结构，孔径200~500 μm，孔隙率60%左右，其无机成分为羟基磷灰石，有机成分为胶原，力学性能保存良好，细胞相容性良好。X射线片结果显示：植入第4周，横突桥接处部分区域模糊，以内侧明显，此时修复组材料密度略低于对照组；第8周上下桥接部间隙变小，大量连续骨痂生成；12周后完全融合，两组材料密度接近。

Results Different signs of the lesions were demonstrated on X-ray plain film, such as locular,rough of bone trabecula and soap bubble-like changes ,frequently accompanied by dilatation of the mandibular nerve canal.

结果颌骨高流速血管畸形在X线平片上呈现多种表现，如囊状、骨小梁粗糙及&皂泡样&改变，多伴下颌神经管的扩张
