Results Compared with model group,the volumes of bone trabecula were increased in both Bushenfugai group and nilestriol group with decreased bone absorbing surface.The bone forming surface and rate of mineralization deposition of nilestriol group were decreased,while there were no significant changes in Bushenfugai group.

结果与模型组比较，补肾富钙中药组和尼尔雌醇组的骨小梁体积显著增加，骨吸收表面减少；尼尔雌醇组的骨形成表面和矿化沉积率下降，但在补肾富钙中药组则无显著变化。

RESULTS: HE staining showed that bone resorption in Ti treatment group was increased obviously and the structure of bone trabecula was disottlerly and osteoporotic, the volume of osteoclast was enlarged and number was increased. The findings were reduced in etanercep groups, especially in 200 μg/kg group.
