Histological observation: Four weeks after implantation, porcine cancellous bone scaffold/bone marrow stromal cells complex appeared new bone formation and scaffold's degradation, which significantly increased in 8 weeks; In 12 weeks, new bone continued to increase and changed gradually to mature bone, a small amount of the Havers system was seen, the trabecular bone was not typical, capillary proliferated obviously, few residual scaffolds were seen, and no inflammatory cells were observed.

组织学观察：猪松质骨支架/骨髓基质干细胞复合体植入后4周开始有新骨生成，支架开始降解；8周时新骨的形成及支架的降解都明显增加；12周时新骨继续增加，逐渐向成熟骨组织转变，可见少量哈佛系统，但骨小梁尚不典型，毛细血管增生明显，少量支架残留，未见炎症细胞。

Results Metaphysis osteoporosis was observed on X-ray and CT in acute stage, the midsection of infarct of bone was isointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Small worm-eaten change and stippled calcification was observed on X-ray and CT in subacute stage, the infarct of bone was iso/hypointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Irregular and wriggle osteosclerosis was observed on X-ray and CT in chronic stage, was hypointensity on T1WI and T2WI.

结果 骨梗死急性期X线、CT表现为干骺端骨质疏松，MR T1WI骨梗死灶中央部分呈等至高信号，T2WI呈高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；亚急性期X线、CT表现为小的虫噬样改变，伴有斑点状钙化，MR T1WI骨梗死灶呈等或低信号，T2WI呈等或稍高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；慢性期X线、CT表现为不规则状、蜿蜒状骨质硬化，MR T1WI和T2WI均呈低信号。

Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

Small cancellous grafts may be obtained from the greater trochanter of the femur, femoral condyle, proximal tibial metaphysis, medial malleolus of the tibia, olecranon, and distal radius. At least 2 cm of subchondral bone must remain to aoid collapse of the articular surface.

大块的松质骨或皮质-松质骨复合植骨块，可取自髂前上棘或髂后棘，小块松质骨块可以取自股骨大粗隆、股骨髁、胫骨近侧干骺端、内踝、尺骨鹰嘴及桡骨远端，但至少要保留2cm的软骨下骨以防止关节面的塌陷。

Results: At the concentrations of 0.1, 1 and 10 μmol/L, berberine dose-dependently suppressed the formation of TRAP-positive multinucleated cells, the TRAP activity and the osteoclastic bone resorption. The strongest inhibitory effect was exhibited at the concentration of 10 μmol/L, with the inhibiting rate of 60.45%, 42.12% and 72.69% respectively.

结果：小檗碱在0.1~10μmol/L范围内，浓度依赖性地抑制TRAP阳性多核破骨细胞的形成和TRAP活性，减少破骨性骨吸收陷窝的面积；在10μmol/L浓度下，对破骨细胞的抑制作用最强，对TRAP阳性多核破骨细胞的形成和TRAP活性的抑制率分别达到了60.45%和42.12%，骨吸收陷窝面积减少72.69%。

Objective: To observe the effects of berberine on osteoclastic differentiation and bone resorption action in vitro, and to investigate the cellular mechanism of its inhibitory effects on bone resorption.

Methods From February 2000 to February 2006, 19 patients with DDH, whose acetabula were shallow and small and femoral head were big, were treated by reformative Pemberton acetabular osteotomy.

000年2月~2006年2月，对DDH髋臼浅而小、股骨头大的19例21个髋关节，在通常术式的基础上，对Pemberton截骨术式进行改良，将截骨点下移，扩大翻转骨瓣面积；取股骨截骨段植骨。

Result: Gufuhuotang could obviously decrease total blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, serum cholesterol and triglyceride contents; under light microscope empty bone lacunas of femoral head were less, fat cells of medullary cavity were less and relatively small, and bone trabecula was sparse with no break.

结果 ：骨复活汤可明显降低全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯含量，光镜下见股骨头空骨陷窝数较少，髓腔脂肪细胞较少较小，骨小梁稀疏、未见断裂。

The results showed that the muscle weight of botulinum toxin injection side decreased. The craniofacial morphology of the botulinum toxin injection side were smaller in distances of zygomatic arch to mandibular lower border and ramus height than that of the normal saline injection side.

结果发现实验组大白鼠施打肉毒杆菌神经毒素侧其咬肌重量较施打生理食盐水侧及对照组小，其颅颜骨型态在颧骨弓至下颚骨缘距离，冠状突切迹最前端至下颚骨角状突最下点距离，均小於生理食盐水侧距离，有统计上之差异。
