New bone formation was observed to be increasing significamly in both DCN bone cements and DC bone cements with the passage of time. By the end of 24 weeks, new bone had bridged the gap between the proximal and distal fragments in DCN bone cements and DC bone cements. By histomorphological detection in DCN bone cements, Abundant of chondral and new bone islands were seen at the site of defects 4 weeks after the operation and a number of new bones formed and enlarged by both enchondral ossification and appositional formation by the 8th weeks.

研究发现，DCN骨水泥植入4周大量间充质细胞分化，在材料与骨端之间出现一层软骨细胞，软骨细胞继续增生并向编织骨分化；8周材料降解的同时，小梁骨出现；12周新骨长入材料并已经基本替代完成，形成初步骨性连接；24周骨缺损完成骨性连接，新骨进行结构改建，材料内部形态结构明显变化。

The results also indicate that, for murine femora, the scan setup can impact densitometry measurements for both cortical and trabecular bone and morphologic measurements of trabecular bone.

研究结果还表明，对小鼠股骨，扫描设置会影响骨皮质和骨小梁的骨密度测量和骨小梁的形态测量。

Microscope examination:in group A,at 2 weeks,a few inflamatory cells appeared in the holes with many osteoblasts and ostoid appeared around the drilled holes.At 8 weeks,marrow formed in the drilled holes in group B,at 2 weeks,there were a large amount of osteoblasts in the drilled holes and some ostoid formed around thc drilled holes.At 4 weeks,the drilled holes were full of trabeculae.At 8 weeks,the trabeculae matured with the marrow appeared in the intertrabecular space.

组织学结果：2周时A组钻孔区出现少许炎症细胞，边缘出现较多成骨细胞并有骨组织形成，至8周时，钻孔区内形成骨髓组织，只在边缘形成骨小梁结构。2周时B组钻孔区有大量的成骨细胞，边缘有较多骨组织形成，4周时钻孔区内充满重生骨小梁结构，8周时钻孔区内骨小梁成熟，小梁有骨髓组织填充。

组织学结果：2周时a组钻孔区出现少许炎症细胞，边缘出现较多成骨细胞并有骨组织形成，至8周时，钻孔区内形成骨髓组织，只在边缘形成骨小梁结构。2周时b组钻孔区有大量的成骨细胞，边缘有较多骨组织形成，4周时钻孔区内充满新生骨小梁结构，8周时钻孔区内骨小梁成熟，小梁有骨髓组织填充。［结论］骨髓基质干细胞对兔股骨头缺血性坏死有良好的修复作用。

Methods From March 1994 to December 2002, on the basis of the ordinary operative method, Pemberton method was improved for 48 cases of DDH 49 articulatio coxae which had superficial and small acetabula but big heads of femur. Osteotomy points were moved higher to enlarge area of bone flap turned over. A piece of full thickness ilium including periosteum was removed as a free bony graft. Capsula articularis growing thicker was made into 2 layers, of which the inner layer was used to tighten articularis and the outer layer was used to stabilize bone flap.

1994年3月～2002年12月，对DDH髋臼浅而小、股骨头大的48例49个髋关节，在通常术式的基础上，对Pemberton截骨术式进行改良，将截骨点上移，扩大翻转骨瓣面积；取髂骨全层骨板连带附着的骨膜植骨；增厚的关节囊制成两层，内层紧缩关节，外层稳定骨瓣。

Results There existed new cartilage and new immature bone tissue in the bone substitute in 4 weeks after operation, as well as mass of cartilageous cells,osteoblasts, collagen tissue and more small vessels were seen. In the period of 8 to 16 weeks after operation,new bone was formed continuously, artificial bone gradually reconstructed to mature lamellar bone,bone trabeculae and medullary cavity,etc.

结果 CPC植入后4周有新生软骨形成及未成熟的骨组织，可见大量的软骨细胞、成骨细胞、胶原组织及较多的小血管。8～16周新骨继续生成，人工骨逐渐改建为成熟的板层骨、骨小梁和髓腔结构。

Resultsforty-eight patients in this report were followed up from 6 to 24 months. based on joa low back pain score, there were 36 patients was in excellent result, 8 in good and 4 in fair, the satisfactory rate was 91.67% and effective rate was 100%.using circular saws in posterior lumbar interbody fusion has advantagas of good visualization profit removing disc tissue, preventing neurovascular injuries, and making good bone grafting bed.

结论应用环锯取骨植骨法，有以下3大优点：(1)手术视野大，椎间盘摘除彻底，既可避免摘除椎间盘时损伤重要组织，又易于构建良好的植骨床，有利于植骨融合；(2)取骨方便、安全、损伤小、出血少，既缩短了手术时间，又避免了取骨处并发症的发生，本术式平均手术用时90 min，出血量00 ml；(3)植骨融合率高，术后效果好。

Methods MSCs were cultured with inbred line small-ear cancellous bone of Ban Na pigs . A 1.5 centimeter segmental defect was created in the mid-upper part of the radial shaft of adult rabbit. The defects were implanted into composited xenogeneic bone in experimental group and xenogeneic bone alone in control group , the defects were not filled with anything in blank group . The repair capability of the defects was assessed by scan electron microscope before operation and physical , histology, X-ray , transmission electron microscope, SPECT and bone mineral density examinations 4 , 8 and 12 weeks after operation .

将MSCs与版纳近交系小耳猪松质骨在体外联合培养，兔桡骨中上段制成1.5cm的骨—骨膜缺损模型，实验组植入复合异种骨，对照组植入单纯异种骨，空白对照组不植入任何材料，分别于术前行标本的扫描电镜观察和术后4周，8周，12周各时间点行标本的大体观察，组织学观察，X线片观察，透射电镜观察，SPECT扫描及骨密度测试，比较其骨缺损区骨修复愈合情况。

After repairing skull defect using compound implant, X-ray examination demonstrated that space between peripheral sclerotin and compound implant was covered by high-density shadow after 4 weeks.

复合材料植入免颅骨缺损后，X射线观察术后第4周骨缺损外周骨质与复合材料之间大部分被高密度阴影充填，术后第12周骨缺损外周骨质与复合材料之间完全被高密度阴影充填；光镜观察术后第8周骨小梁大部分相连成片，术后第12周骨小梁粗大，骨髓再生。

Results Early signs of ANFH using CT showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.Twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.There were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.The cases in stage Ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅡand stageⅢ were given decompression and ostetransplant.

结果：早期ANFH的CT表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的&星状征&，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属Ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属Ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在Ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属Ⅲ期。
