Results Early signs of ANFH using CT showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of highdensity osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.Twentyfive femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately lowostedensity area and cyst change.There were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.The cases in stage Ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅡand stageⅢ were given decompression and ostetransplant.

结果：早期ANFH的CT表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的"星状征"，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属Ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属Ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在Ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属Ⅲ期。

METHODS: The rib trabeculae were resected and broken, trypsinizated and washed completely by PBS. Bone surface and non-adhesive floating cells in cleaning fluid were observed with inverted microscope. Rib trabeculae was washed by DMEM culture medium once, and cultured in culture bottle. The culture liquid was replaced by new one once a week. The osteoblast was moved from the sclerite a week later. The cells were fused monolayer and could be subcultured 4 to 6 weeks later.

切下人肋骨骨小梁剪碎，胰酶消化后以PBS彻底冲洗直至于倒置显微镜下观察骨片表面及清洗液中无粘着及漂浮的细胞，以DMEM完全培养液清洗骨小梁1次，移入培养瓶内培养，每周更换培养液1次，1周后可见成骨细胞自骨片移出，4~6周细胞融合成单层可作传代培养。

Bone trabecula just under the calcaneocuboid articular surface was compact and redundant, with the thickness about 5 mm. Conclusions: Screws can be implanted into the calcaneocuboid articular surface where is filled with compacted trabecula.

结果：跟骨骰骨关节面的横径为(22.67±2.14)mm；其内倾角为(60.4±7.1)°；紧邻跟骨骰骨关节面关节面下的压力骨小梁是致密的，厚度大约为5 mm，向后方和下方的骨小梁逐渐变得稀少、疏松。

It indicates that even the fracture area of the skewed group is larger, the total quantity of the poroma is not much than that of horizontal-shaped group.

新生骨痂单位面积内骨小梁面积比较，见2、4、6、8周新生骨痂中骨小梁面积横形组比斜形组大，8周时有显著性差异。

No difference were found in all dose Epimedium total flavonoids groups,percent of bone trabecula area and number of bone trabecula showed increasing pattern and resolving powder of bone trabecula showed decreasing pattern.

淫羊藿总黄酮三个剂量组之间没有差异，但在骨小梁面积百分数、骨小梁数量上有上升的趋势，骨小梁分离度则有下降的趋势。

Results As compared with control group,the bone trabecula was thinner in experiment group,and the bone structure was rarefaction and disorder, with less bone mass.

结果 与对照组比较，实验组骨小梁纤细，结构稀疏紊乱，骨量少，部分骨小量断裂，成骨细胞和破骨细胞数量均增多，骨陷窝内破骨细胞活跃；骨密度下降。

The new fast high-pass filter can enhance the trabecularism in clinical applications. Its fast characteristic is helpful in clinic, and it performs better than Butterworth filter method does for image enhancement in clinical applications.

Results Histological investigation showed that the bone trabeculae were disarrayed containing dispersed cartilage cells in the denervated side, whereas the bone trabeculae disarryed orderly with rich blood vessels and no cartilage cell in the control side.

结果 实验侧牵张间隙骨小梁分布方向较杂乱，骨小梁内部有分散的软骨岛分布；对照侧牵张间隙骨小梁主要沿牵张方向分布，血管丰富，成骨细胞活跃。

结果 CPC植入后4周有新生软骨形成及未成熟的骨组织，可见大量的软骨细胞、成骨细胞、胶原组织及较多的小血管。8～16周新骨继续生成，人工骨逐渐改建为成熟的板层骨、骨小梁和髓腔结构。
