The double membrane vesicle, which was produced by budding of the outer membrane of amyloplast, accumulated starch to form new amyloplast. The double membranes of amyloplast invaginated and the inner membrane dilated to form new amyloplast in the amyloplast.

In this paper, the JFO condition, satisfied with global mass continuity, is incorporated into an universal Reynolds equation with micro-polar fluid which is solved for the oil film pressure using OSM and FEM. The bearing load capacity and friction resistance were given, and stiffness/damping coefficients and critical rotor mass were obtained by solving a pressure perturbation equation with micro-polar lubricants.

本文采用满足全流场质量连续的JFO边界条件，采用微极性流体的广义雷诺方程来求解油膜压力分布，进而获得油膜承载力和粘性阻力等轴承动力特性量；采用小参数摄动法得出油膜压强扰动方程，并采用有限元法解出扰动压强，积分扰动压强获得油膜的阻尼系数和刚度系数，进而求得了表示轴承油膜稳定性的临界转子质量。

NaA zeolite membranes have been found a potential application in the separation of the small-sized gas molecules by molecular sieving and dehydration of liquid mixtures by pervaporation. However, there are some problems in the preparation in the NaA zeolite membranes such as the scarce support types, insufficient study on the synthesis rules and few literature concerning the NaA zeolite membranes preparation on the inner surface of the tubular support.

The location and structures of sex-pheromone-producing gland in female H.insularis were studied by EAG,GC,SEM,and TEM.These studies showed that thegland situate in the intersegmental membrane between the eighth and ninthabdominal segments,and is an eversible abdominal fold;Many plump cones disturbon the surface of the gland.The glandular cells of 2-day old virgin female H.insularis are arranged in one layer,among which the central cells are columnarepithelial cells and flat on two sides.The nucleus is irregular elliptical.There isevident conjugation between cells and the involution is more in the basal membraneof cell.Microvilli are distributed on the cytoplasmic membrane and linked withendocuticle on which there are many layers of chitin,and the outer cuticule is staineddeeper.The cell contains bubbles,mitochondria,glycogen deposits,roughendoplasmic reticulum and smooth endoplasmic reticulum.

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。

Was simultaneously injected into cisterna magna at the second injection blood in the presence of subarachnoid blood. At 2 to 4 days, GFP was expressed in leptomeninges over the brain stem, cortex and cerebral arteries, smooth muscle cells of small vessels were occasionlly transduced. GFP was expressed in adventitia of spastic basilar artery on days 2 (day 5 after first injection blood) after injection 〓, but was undetectable by days 4, transgene was not expressed in medial or intimal layers. The prensence of subarachnoid blood can not prevent access of adenovirus to vessels and transgene expression.

注入腺病毒载体后2天（初次注血第5天）行荧光显微镜、免疫组织化学和RT-PCR检测，结果在颅内大血管如基底动脉的外膜可见外源基因的表达，而外源基因不能转移至血管中膜和内膜，4天时（初次注血第7天）基底动脉的外膜中外源基因表达消失；注入腺病毒载体后2～4天，外源基因可以有效转移至颅底软脑膜细胞，小血管外膜和平滑肌层也可见外源基因的表达，表明蛛网膜下腔内的血凝块不能阻止腺病毒载体介导外源基因转移至颅内血管。

Results:Demonstrated that the fat pad and synovium showed small vascular dilatation after injury, vascular congestion and small pieces of hemorrhage;interstitial edema of the fat,lymphoc yte,plasmocyte,mastocyte and macrophage infiltration;cellular and villus like pr oliferation on the synovium of fat pad surface.

结果：损伤后的脂肪垫及滑膜可见脂肪垫内小血管扩张、血管内充血、及小片状出血；脂肪间质水肿，淋巴细胞、浆细胞肥大细胞和巨噬细胞浸润；可见脂肪垫表面滑膜细胞增生，及滑膜绒毛状增生。

The results showed that after the adding starch to the sheet, the viscosity of the PVA solution increased, the dissolution time of the sheet got longer, the rate of enlargement in water was smaller, the rate of moisture became smaller, stretch intensity enhanced and the change of shape diminished; also it could be seen from the surface of sheet that the starch existed in PVA sheet as the shape of conglomerating particle.

结果表明，加入淀粉后，PVA溶液的粘度增大，膜的溶解时间变长，水上伸长率变小，含水率变小，扯断强度增强，形变缩小；通过膜表面观察，发现淀粉在膜中以聚集颗粒状态存在。
